Help Radio Transceiver/Radio Hopping

Out of curiosity, which transceivers are you referring to? I've been looking for a transceiver that is Bluetooth compatible that I can connect to my Android. Do you happen to know any?

I appreciate it. Thanks!

The only software defined radios I know and have seen are USB, and have only seen them been used with a computer(running Linux or Window). Devices like these. https://blog.bliley.com/10-popular-software-defined-radios-sdr
The only one that's apparently Bluetooth is "The Ubertooth One is an open source 2.4 GHz wireless development platform suitable for Bluetooth experimentation." So make of that what you will.
Is it ham radio use you're looking for or something?

Android Wearable App development query

I don't think it would take any more development time and resources than for Apple Watches, but I'm also guessing that they had more demand for an Apple Watch version. Those seem to be a lot more popular (particularly with the golfers I know) than any of the Android-based wearables.

There are also several different breeds of Android wearables - Google's Wear OS, Samsung's Tizen, Huawei's whatever-they-call-it, and then a whole bunch of cheap watches from unknown brands which run straight Android (usually poorly).

I love my Wear OS watches but I totally get why developers aren't keen to port their apps unless there's a significant demand for it.

AFAIK Huawei uses the open source code to Wear OS, but what they do with it doesn't have much to do with Google.

Developers, Here is how to announce apps on AndroidForums.com

Option two for creating channels.
Install this plugin for Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/discussion-for-google-pla/blecahjbdenphbhmgmchammlajojlakp
Now when you go to an app in Play you will see a Discuss button.
upload_2021-1-8_11-47-0.png

Click that and it will bring you to the channel. If the channel does not exist it will create it.

Note: If you create the channel after you create a thread, just report the thread and let us know you want it moved into the channel.

Problem with moving sms

It really shouldn't happen, because the SMS app is just a front end, they all connect to the same message database and use the same messaging service. You have given Next SMS permission to access your contacts? Though that shouldn't stop the messages displaying, it would just stop it showing names for the sender.

Otherwise all I can think of is to force Next SMS to resynch with the message database. Textra actually has an option for that, but that's unusual, so you may have to clear data for Next SMS to force it to restart (which will unfortunately remove any customisations you've made). And I don't guarantee success, this is just the only guess I have.

Help CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING-JUNK

Just throwing out an opinion here .. I don't use privacy or encryption messengers for the same reason I don't use password managers, I just don't like the idea of handing out my personal data and secrets to an app that was written by faceless people with unknown integrity. Much safer, and just as easy, to encrypt text first and just send it via standard text app or email.
