Thanks Danny. I should have mentioned, I had rebooted the Galaxy Tab A many times, however I had not cleaned cache. So I went into Settings, Device Maintenance, and cleaned Storage and Memory. I then rebooted the device. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. Any other thoughts?

Vanced was installed via a Magisk module. I have since then uninstalled the module and wiped the data of the original YT and updated it through Play Store. Since I was using it through Magisk, the system partition was unmodified. Doing these should be enough, right?

Where are they listed? Please give as much information as you can or else it's very hard to understand what you mean.

Keychain usually refers to password storage. So it probably refers to signing in to something (perhaps even the phone itself).

go into your message settings (3 dots)>group details>notifications>and turn off notification.

you can just delete the conversation and you are done.

i had to do this when i was getting the spam group text messages.

Where I am, Arcadia, knock on wood, we've been unaffected so far. But the LA region has been hit hard. Just today a fire broke out in Topanga Canyon. Honestly, it just seems like a never-ending chain of fires.

He thinks these are 'forest fires,' and has previously declared that if we managed our forests better [by keeping them raked], this wouldn't happen. The truth is, these are wildfires, in urban/suburban areas, nowhere near forests--and, even if they were, the federal government manages 90-something percent of California's forests! So he should look in the mirror to see who's mishandling CA's forests.

I developed an application that loads a web page into an android webview. The problem is that the images do not load unless you touch the screen. Why? Is there a way to solve this?

Sure. First, log out of your child's Google account; there's info here you can read to be sure you're doing it right.

Then log in with your credentials and make sure you've saved anything important before proceeding. Then log out of Google as above, go to System Settings and locate 'Factory reset.' (It's in different places on different devices.)

When you're satisfied that you haven't missed anything important, follow the prompts to reset the phone. This will result in a just-received-from-the-manufacturer device.

Well, I certainly haven't and, frankly, I can't imagine doing so. If you're using a tablet, not a phone, that's certainly better, but the keyboard's still going to be small compared to a real keyboard on a computer. (I'm typing this on my big laptop, with its full-sized keyboard w/numeric pad.) For me, typing on virtual keyboards is a slow, error-prone method I use when I don't feel like sitting up at one of my computers. But I'd never even consider doing that for a 'real document' kind of job. That's just me, though! You're sure to get other opinions, so it really boils down to what works for you.

I installed the latest version of Play Store from apkmirror.com.

I got the same message as everyone else. To date, I've earned almost $250.00 and quite honestly have used the proceeds to upgrade any app that I could.
Problem now is I've got basically all the apps that I need, so I'm constantly checking out new apps that folks from the forum suggest.

That's weird - on every phone I've had calendar alerts vibrate when the phone is silent. Of course I have it set to vibrate as well as play the tone when it's not silent.

Is your port wet? If I get my phone wet with salt water it never drys out, once after two days of not being able to charge through USB I rinsed the phone in tap water and in two hours it was fine.

If I keeps my WiFi on even when on no signal, does burn burn more juice? I would have thought switching uses power, but that may be because I'm old fashioned and like to wear slacks as lounge wear these days.

They're often just a parts broker or reseller, and they may not actually have any repair details, and they probably expect the party ordering spare parts to know what to do with them.

I know some repair techs at the local phone mall, who are repairing Vivos, Oppos, etc. all day long. If it was my phone here in China. I could probably enquire with them on how to do it, or just get them to do the repair. Which I did with a broken screen Samsung S7 I had given me.

I experience this too and I'm convinced the issue is with WiFi.
