Excellent! I'm glad you're back in business, and appreciate that you posted your solution. It will likely help someone else down the road.Somebody told me to blow some compressed air into the earpiece to try and remove any junk that had built up, and see what happens. Well I just happened have an old can Blow Off Duster laying around, that I haven't used in years. So I blew the compress air into the earpiece hole, and guess what? The sound works fine now !
.I'm not sure about that. I downloaded it and was able to launch it from my app drawer. There is an email listed in the support tab in there play store. I actually Google does a pretty good job at customer service. Send them an email.You will find it in the accessibility option inside settings.
Yep, I removed the snap off piece, but the inquiry was if I should get a new SIM instead of using this two year old SIM?
