When I tag a friend in chrome Android it added the first two letters of the person's last name "babarkat" instead of "barkat" that's taging interaction error , any body knows a way around that...

I selected some text while viewing pdf with ezPDF but accidentally selected strike-out from the pop-up and it automatically updated the file.
There's no undo button to undo the strike-out, high light etc.
Anyone knows how to undo strike-out etc?

If there are no files on your card, where you actually even using it as supplemental storage before?
As for the DiskDigger app, if your query is whether it was supposed to write any restored files to your card depends on it actually being able to find any photos in the internal storage to begin with. If you went through any kind of restore steps and getting it back into a usable state, that greatly reduces the chance of getting your photos restored as a lot of them may or may not still even exist. Also, note DiskDigger is very, very limited in restoring deleted files on non-root devices so there's also that caveat. Read through its features listing in its Google Play Store page, they really should make this a much more featured warning but at least it is there.

Things don't bode well in recovering those photos. But be sure to implement some kind of backup solution so you don't lose anything from this point on. As @ocnbrze suggested, look into installing the Google Photos app, it includes an automatic backup & sync function so your entire photo library co-exists on your phone and in your online Google account.

If for whatever reason you don't want to have your photos to be auto-backed up into the Google's cloud, think about using Samsung's Smart Switch. Install it on a local computer and then you use it to manually back up your S7's data. Smart Switch will also allow you to a full backup so if the need arises it makes doing a restore much easier, and if you upgrade to another Samsung phone it makes migrating your data a lot less of a hassle.

This one is nothing special (I made it mainly for myself), so I kinda get it, but with all the apps on that forum it seems like almost anything would get lost.

I'm looking more at marketing strategies and the like. I've got a couple that I can't see much if any competition, and there's a few games I'm working on that are actually new concepts. But even then, with so many others out there, how to you separate your app from the rest?

It almost seems like you have no chance unless you're one of the big publishers anymore.

I understand what you're doing there, and I can see it being relatively easy with a lot of errors, but I'm curious how you can use that method when the app crashes?

Given you have doubts to the contextual info on the encryption schemes the WiFiAnalyzer (Open Source) app is showing, you might want to use other utilities to confirm or disprove your suspicions. Try installing the popular Wireshark utility on a computer connecting to the same local network as your mobile devices, it's free, with a very reputable, long history, and available for Linux, Mac, and Windows.

I recently updated all the libraries in my project through a new project structure window.
But now I created a project and wanted to add a new layout manually, in the list I saw only LinearLayout and others, but did not see ConstraintLayout. What to do?

Yeah, it didn't seem real. I guess people thought it was some kind of April fool in January, but it actually happened. It's too bad the shuttles turned out to be not that great. The physicist Richard Feynman did some investigating of the o ring problem, but I'm not sure what came of that.

Have you tried using a file manager that may be able to find this file?
Try installing solid explorer from the play store and go thru all of your folders

When it comes to testing on emulators, how common is for developers to test on different AVDs (actual emulators) build with "different images" and "hardware profiles"? I am referring to `emulator avd create` as in this link http://www.androiddocs.com/tools/devices/managing-avds-cmdline.html#AVDCmdLine (The link is a bit old but it shows the command). Right now all my testing has been focused on a single image/API. What is your testing strategy? Is emulators even in your testing plan?

One of the challenges on using different platform during testing is that, from what I understand, the platform also depends on the build-tools version. I have had issues of platform/build-tools compatibility before but the root cause issue is not 100% clear to me... yet.

I am seeking to publish an app. I tested the app using my own phone, on which it ran just fine. But in the Google Play Console its not listing any "SUPPORTED DEVICES" in the "Device catalog".

What did I do wrong? How can I fix this?

I have the compile and target SDK version set to 28
The minimum SDK version is set to 19

I was trying to use a bundle instead of an APK

Didn't help clearing cache either reinstalling the app. But I got it to work with another Pinterest version, not the last one.

Thing is, I recorded another recording just after that and it worked just fine. Its mind boggling coz its playing but it just doesnt have any sounds in it. I would accept it if the background noise is there or if the audio came back on the middle of the recording but its total silence.

its a good tablet, but i don't think it would that great for games. i mean it is a windows device so you can't play android games. you can play basic windows or pc games, but the processor and graphics would not be that great for most pc games......just saying.
