UsbManager manager = (UsbManager) getSystemService(Context.USB_SERVICE);
PendingIntent mPermissionIntent = PendingIntent.getBroadcast(this, 0, new Intent(ACTION_USB_PERMISSION), 0);
manager.requestPermission(device, mPermissionIntent);
IntentFilter filter = new IntentFilter(ACTION_USB_PERMISSION);
registerReceiver(usbReceiver, filter);
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.USB_PERMISSION" />

A link is already included in the op. My point is that if you want to promote something, visuals are very important. If you don't have that, I don't care very how good the app is, I'm not inclined to check it out. If you go all out in advertising and promoting, I can be persuaded to check it out. But, a very brief explanation and a link to the app is not going to make me want to do anything.
EDIT: Just resolved it myself. I've been tampering with my phone for some time this morning and didn't find a solution until now. Turns out I need to long press the "auto rotate" button in the quick access menu and check the Rotate button on nav bar" option.
I have tried a lot of things, including tapping four corners, vol up + vol down + back + home and dialing *228. I currently don't have the sim card, as I bought it off of ebay. If anyone knows what do do, please help me!
as @Milo Williamson suggested above, if you don't have a sim card, you can't connect to the network.Yeah good luck, if you have no sims card, then your cell will not work.
No that is not how MVNO carriers, like Tello, work. You still need to contact someone at Tello to be sure you actually have WiFi Calling enabled in your account. Tello is your carrier, T-Mobile is just the carrier network provider that Tello is contracted with. As far as T-Mobile is concerned, you don't exist.So T-mobile has to set up wifi calling for every different make and model of android phone? That sounds like a crazy system! OK, thanks for your help.
all the apps were updated to last version.Have you updated the Message app?
Hi, any ideas about this issue? Thank you in advance.
