where exactly did the bootloop happen? can you describe exactly what you did before the bootloop happened?

and yes @Hadron is correct. you need to go to https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ and get your firmware for your device. make sure that you are flashing the correct one as flashing the wrong one could screw up your phone. after you flash the firmware, hopefully the phone is back in working order, you can then start over.

Is the AOSP AAC encoder/decoder of high quality?

Where did you hear that? Because that's something I've not heard of.

AFAiK Android(AOSP) uses libAAC. Which is used in many open source OSs and software. Also some apps use their own codecs, rather than the stock ones in the devices, e.g. VLC and Foobar2000.

elm obdll scanner software question

never mind i took the usb cable off and it did not use bluetooth so i tossed it out as junk. the gentool did not work with windows windows said they were full of viruses so i will just get a new one for the phone

so why we are on the topic what bluetooth unit will do things like reset the e-brake the oil change and do bidirectional commands? i would like to command antilock brakes and reset the e-brake and the egr valve . plus antilock brakes for bleeding them after brake work. and any other bidirectional commands i can get. so does anyone have a elm327 that does that? i have the vgate, nexzscan, torque lite and can get pro. fastlink x , bluedriver car scanner. and a few other apps. so because i do not have the elm327 device my kid took it before i could test those apps on my phone. what one of those apps will do all of those tests if any? if they do not then what elm dongle will do those tests and what app will do them. thanks

how to turn this off

ok another question when i paly games i get 2 icon type buttons in the tray one brings up called game booster and one seems to lock the screen these are not on my a21 that is 9 months old and running the same OS 11 so it has to be on this phone somewhere and when i do the how to turn this off online i get lots of ideas and noe work. none of the suggested way are on my phone. there has to be a way to just get this gone. i disabled game launcher and a bunc of other things and it failed so i reset all the permissions so i would not get so far into messing the phone up and forget what i did.

also how do you take bixby off the phone and gone forever? it is a useless app, about as bad as alexa and hey google. so i had it disabled but it un disabled when i reset the permissions. can't turn off the framework notices or force stop it or disable that part

How much data of a user get recorded by service providers?

I worked for BT for several years, and I know that telcos such as BT do not routinely record phone calls. Not unless there's a specific request by the police, and they must have a warrant. This is in the UK, other countries and jurisdictions maybe different.

Of course there are things like ECHELON, PRISM, and TEMPORA, so could be nothing is really private from law enforcements and govt TLAs.
