I just turned off the heat on my high pressure precook of some Navy beans. I'll let them slowly drop temp then rinse the beans and add my pork and pressure cook for 20 minutes. It's a shame that my wife doesn't care for beans and find think they are unhealthy. They are high in starch but also in fiber.

I wouldn’t think picture quality would suffer but it might. There should be a wireless transfer app or option though.

Nut smokin time again. I have 80oz of cashews cold smoking today. Though the last bunch was tasty, they were mild mannered Kent. I went back to the full strength recipe. I'm the one who eats most of them so why not make them hot and spicy like I want. It's not like they are flaming hot. They get your attention and keeps me from eating them in excess. I just started them smoking. I'll go riding for a while and come back and give them a stir. Cold smoking is low maintenance for the cook.
