Help Icon to start VLC player with SDP file

Hello,
I have installed VLC on my Samsung A40 and I am able to play a network stream by opening a SDP (session description) But the procedure is too complicated, I have to open Google Drive, search for the SDP File and then play it.
What I would like to have is
1) SDP file locally on the smartphone
2) icon on the screen that I touch to launch VLC with the SDP file.
Unfortunately I have no knowledge of the android file system, but I have access through USB

Tmobile Revvl 2/Revvl Plus 2 Owners?

apps stopping errors

i have the verizon ellipsis 10" tablet 5.1 os and i get everyday some type of error that an apps has stopped. most of the time it is the play store or some messenger. i just did a factory reset 3 times in a row to see if that would stop the error. i have went into the app and cleared the chase and dates and i still get the errors.

is there an app that can monitor these and let you set what apps to automatically clear them out?

plus i get a message tha sms is no longer supported and i can't get that notice to go away and all the notices are turned off.

this tablet runs 24-7 as a monitor for my security system so when the errors show up sometimes the security app goes away , or gets dim, or freezes. does anyone have a fix? before i did the factory reset i have most of the apps either turned off or disabled and i still had this issue, so this time i left them on as it would have come out of the box to see if maybe i had something turned off the tablet needed.

maybe i just have a tablet that has an internal issue and may have to find another one and see if it works, but before i do i sure would like to see if it just may be some app or switch that needs attentions.
update i tapped the sms no longer supported and it took me to the playstore and i then turned off the playstore tab and that message went away, lets see how long it stays gone. i do not need sms for a monitor.

Maybe Samsung is trying to do their part for the environment? Like trying to reduce the amount of discarded ear buds that might otherwise go into landfill. :thumbsupdroid:

Well I can add two more pairs of unwanted earbuds to my collection.
1) A wired USB AKG set that came in the box with the new Note20 Ultra 5g.
2) A pair Bluetooth Galaxy Buds+, that also came with the above phone.
I did try them out, but as they're the rubber tipped type ones, I've never found satisfactory and are uncomfortable shoved in my ear canals.

So I'm using my Huawei FreeBuds 3, I bought last year, with the Note20, these I do like. As well as Sony and Bose headphones.

Gmail has stopped syncing with Moto G7!

Storage relates to data being written and retained in the internal storage media of your device.
Email syncing relates to the email app on your device actively interacting with your online email servers.
The two are only inter-related in that your email app is stored on your phone, as is its related data, but your insistence there's more than that is unfounded. Clearing your email app's data will remove all the retained settings and configuration data, essentially returning the app to its original, unused state. You then need to re-enter all your email log in info since it was wiped.
In this instance, I'd focus more on the actual problem instead, why your email app stopped syncing with your online email service. That's often an issue with your online connectivity (WiFi and/or mobile data), or an authentication issue (i.e. change of the account password or implementing 2FA), or if for some reason syncing was disabled in the Settings >> Accounts >> Google menu.)
Have you using a web browser app and logging into your account by going to https://mail.google.com to confirm there's not any online-related issues?

Unusually this week they seem to only have reductions on mid spec models, but here in the UK site the Redmi Note 9 128gb is down to £119. The Redmi 9 (../A/S..) is normally cheaper but the Note 9 models have the gyroscope.

Keep an eye on it for fun if you may be buying in the near future. Hardware, build and specs are excellent.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye out. When I have money, that scammer responded to me saying she never said the phone was genuine, no returns. It said in the description "Japanese hand-made". Wow. lol

I think my local phone store has a Redmi note 9... I'm never buying a used phone again XD

Assistant apps compared

yeah never used alexa on my phone. the google assistant works fairly well when i have used it. but i rarely do though. i can use google assistant when i'm driving and have the windows down with radio blasting and the wind blowing and it still picks up my voice pretty well.

not sure if that is because of my phonee, the note 10+ or it is because google assistant works that well.

Also, I recently got yet another device.
This means that I go back and check out apps that I have passed up on before with other devices.

So, I put NoRoot Firewall, my standard firewall, and then also installed NetGuard- to see if new updates and the different OS would have any effect.

NetGuard is great, but it does use about twice the memory of NoRoot.

This has been my experience between the two with all of my devices.
