Well if the only difference is different amounts of storage soldered to the board then yes, you should be able to buy a new motherboard, dismantle the phone and swap boards (provided you feel competent to do this - if not you can pay someone else to do it, but if so do check the price of just buying a 64GB Redmi 5 first so you don't end up paying more to do it this way).

If there are any other spec differences between the 32GB and 64GB versions (frequency bands, displays, etc) then no, it's unlikely to work. But if the only difference is storage then I'd expect it would.

Obviously back up your data first, since you'll lose them when you change motherboards.

Thanks Mike got zip open but no better off. Got a bunch of small files that my browser can't find a file to open them, so I still don't know what I've got! Files have names like "unigram-contacts.txt, apps.txt, contacts.txt." . There's about 12 or 15 different ones. Help!

So, I didn't want to backup the apk files. I just want an inventory. Apk files get outdated quickly.

I started using Brave after recommended on this site. But for search engines I use www.runnaroo.com but mainly
Qwant.com and Yippy.com. But testing out Web shuttle browser, Snap browser and Jumbo browser. Mainly since No one mentions anything but chrome, firefox, and other two. Happy Easter everyone!!!!

i'm trying to getCountryCode() on a WifiManager insance, i.e.


Although I set compileSdkVersion to 29 the compiler cannot find getCountryCode().

Does anyone of you know, why the compiler cannot resolve getCountryCode()?
Btw: setCountryCode() can't be found either whereas getConnectionInfo() can be resolved and used.

This is an interactive text adventure story app, so you can make your own choices to alter the course of the story.
Short overview of the story:
The story is about five girls, who discover supernatural abilities like a special bond to one of the four elements. Laurel, the protagonist, also is repeatingly dreaming about a certain boy, but every time she encounters him in the dreamworld, his face looks unfocused. One day, a shady figure appears in her dreams as well, watching her from the shadows and threatening her. Laurel also encounters four other girls in the real world, who seem to have supernatural abilities just like her, though some of her friends seem closer to the darkness than Laurel might have thought at first gaze. The following days, the five girls meet up regularly and eventually find the way to a hidden school that teaches magic. But not all is as well as it seems. Laurel keeps getting into bad accidents and someday, one of her friends suddenly disappears without a trace. Is this related to the creepy shadows, that lurk around the school? Are they somehow connected to the mysterious school director? The shadows are coming… Can you keep your friends safe from them?

The whole book is parted into six parts and I’m already working on the third part now. A second book is planned as well.

That basically means a smart-view enabled Samsung TV, connected to your WiFi. AFAIK smart-view is proprietary to Samsung devices only. I guess the maximum resolution will be whatever the TV is capable of, but you should at least get 1080p out of it.

Video latency might be an issue though if you're intended to uses it for PC computing type purposes rather than just watching videos through smart-view.
