[APP][FREE][5.0+]HelloWords: Learn Language Fast

Great app. I love all the new apps coming out to help the world learn English. Most of the people I know spend hundreds of dollars every year to teach their kids English. I understand that in the past the tools available online were not many, but since we live in the era of information there are many apps like this who are free and extremely helpful. I was trying to teach the other day my son about contractions for example and it took me just a Google search to find this page and print the worksheet for him.

What is this icon for?

Thank you!
no worries

you got lucky. we get this question almost every day and most go unanswered.....mainly because there are just way to many apps out now(we are talking about millions upon millions) to make recognizing a notification icon nearly impossible.

so for future reference you can either look into the phone's notifications to find out.....or....just ask the person.

Help - camera focus Redmi Note 9

thank you - but I want the whole photo to have reasonable focus, not a specific area! That’s the issue. It seems to automatically focus on specific parts (at the expense of others) when that’s not what I want.
i would play around with your camera's settings. there must be some kind of focus mode that it is on and just needs switching. i do not have your phone so i can't help specifically.

Icon

What app or web site is this icon? A butterfly
a screen shot of it would help as @Hadron suggested.

so we get this question almost every day. the problem is that most of these types of questions go unanswered. mainly because they are millions upon millions of apps available....each with their own icons. so unless it is an app like facebook or youtube, it might prove harder to find someone who will recognize it.....now first we need a picture of the icon because there probably is thousands of apps that will use some sort of butterfly as their icon.

the easiest way is to look in the phone or device where this notification is at....but my spidey sense tells me that the phone is un-accessible because it belongs to someone else. you could just ask the person.....or not.

anyways post a screenshot and your chances will improve in someone recognizing it.

Help My generic Smart TV won't install media players

Thank you all for your help. It is well appreciated. @Dennydet sorry but yes, media players do control hue, contrast etc. (VLC, GOG and others do). @ocnrze that may be true with most cases but not all. Remember that what is inside a Sony, Samsung etc are all parts made elsewhere (Aren't most screens made by Samsung)? @mikedt The reason why I did not buy a stick or other things (or why I bought a generic TV) is because I do not know how long I will stay here. No use spending money if I am going to leave after 6 months or a year and then have to give it away or sell for much cheaper. The T95 seems like a good idea if, and only if, the power is 120v-240v. I will look into it. (and if possible get an English remote ;-)
P.S. BTW my TV already has Chrome, YouTube, etc. but I do not use my TV for anything except view videos from a HD. I do not stream, do not use the browser etc. I may at some point perhaps stream sports matches; hockey, football (soccer), Olympics. Thanks again ye all :)

Yeh, the T95 box comes with a universal voltage power brick. and it's all in English. Although there are couple of Chinese apps pre-installed, like CCTV's app, but those can be deleted. Once a reliable VPN(like Express or Astrill) is installed and connected, Google Play, YouTube etc. all work fine in China. The T95 box itself will work pretty much anywhere in the world, so you can take it with you when and if you leave China.

I use Kodi for playing videos from USB hard-drives via the T95 box, and that's got brightness, contrast, colour, and hue adjustments in it for videos.
