Learn C Programming All in One

C Programming : An app for the programming beginners.

This app is full of Study Material ( Syntax, Definitions. etc. ) , C programs. In addition to this, there is a Quiz section where you can test you knowledge.

Programs to print the numbers or symbols in different patterns (e.g. ASCII art -pyramid, waves etc.), are one of the frequently asked interview/examination programs mostly for Freshers. This is so because these programs test the logical ability and coding skills which are essential for any software engineer.

This app is very helpful for understanding how loops can be used to generate these different ASCII art patterns & also for other basic concepts of C with the help of programs.

Restoring backup from Nokia to Android

I know this is a super old post but, nbuexplorer lets you import .NBF files and export messages in "Android 'SMS Backup & Restore' XML" format.
https://github.com/jdsn/nbuexplorer

After that you can use android sms restore apps from the play store to restore the messages.
If you have existing messages on your android device, you might want to backup that too and merge both xml files before restoring.

3.0 Update

also the battery stats bar is blank. this is due to ui 3. on my z fold 2 the battery bar is there.

i confirm the photo on recent calls is not there on stock dialer but i use google dialer and they show up there. most likely a bg in ui 3.
just saw this:
https://androidforums.com/threads/one-ui-3-0-not-showing-battery-stats-since-2021.1332176/

should work for all sammy's with one ui 3.0

Mi 9 Lite - Broken Display

As yours was not water damaged or shown any new cracking, perhaps a quick inspection by a local trustworthy repair shop might reveal a loose connection, but I don't about such things.
Could not restart. Battery will be dead soon, if not already :)

I carefully inspected and now I see couple of cracks in a corner when looked from an angle.

Searched in the market and they have low quality TFT displays, and OLED duplicate screens (fingerprint supported).
Original screen has to be imported I think and it is quite expensive as supposed.
No idea how to verify the originality!

Confusion About Apps To SD Card

Many Thanks to each of you for sharing your knowledge. It's always a good day when I get to learn something new.

From reading each of your replies, it seems the safest & ultimately the most convenient plan is to keep the SD as Portable Storage, using it for documents, photos, music and such. Some of the apps let larger, static components go to SD, such as maps, while the application stays on the phone. That's helpful for saving storage.

As Hadron mentioned, internal storage is 128 GB on Moto G Stylus. On the old phone, any apps that allowed it went to SD to keep them isolated from the phone in case they went haywire. But, after reading what Hadron said about only part of the app moving to SD it appears my genius idea was not so genius at all.

Thanks Again All for helping & for the great explanations.

One UI 3.0 not showing Battery stats since 2021

It would appear that all those running One UI 3.0 lost their Battery Stats at the start of 2021.

Settings > Battery and device care > Battery Usage since last full charge

Luckily, a fix is available for this bug as described in the following SamMobile article...

One UI 3.0 can’t show battery stats for 2021 on your Galaxy phone? Here’s a fix
Hope that helps.

LIA informant

I have the same thing going on my phone. Everything on the surface looks ligit but make no mistake about it your phones are compromised. What my wife has done is change the build on my phone and has installed some type of enterprise app that allows her trough some policy crap to have access to just about everything on my device remotely.

Apps Sending button pressed action to another running applications

Dear,

We are working on an application, which can run in parallel with other applications (most likely camera apps). The main goal of our application is: to listen to button press action on a bluetooth paired device, then to send a signal to the RUNNING (on screen) camera app to take the picture. This mean our app serves ONLY as a remote invoker for the camera app to take the picture, whenever user clicks the remote button.

We all know that most of the camera apps listen to action on volume keys (up and down) to take picture. We tried to mimic the user action on volume keys by using the Instrumentation API. However, to use the sendKeyDownUpSync of this API, it requires the INJECT_EVENTS permission, which a 3rd-party application is not normally supposed to have.

Do you have any experience about this topic, could you please enlighten us?

Best regards
Dat

Earbuds Pause/Next/Previous is buggy

I have tried clearing data but this did not remedy the odd behavior.

I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but that did not remedy either.

In addition, I uninstalled the app and installed ANOTHER MP3 player, but the odd behavior still remains, leading me to believe it has nothing to do with the app, but rather it's something to do with a system setting that somehow, without my knowledge or awareness got changed.

Anyone have any ideas?

TIA
Ken

[INFO][GENERAL]What causes hard-bricks and can you recover from them? (Device-neutral)

Another reasons for hard brick may be :
Incorrect partition SD card such as 4025 MB which i recommend do not attempt to modify the internal memory OR Extend or other bad sensitive modify
Install another model of samsung to an device samsung or even unsupportable rom or android upgrades small android device with higher such as nougat etc.
Incorrect use of root or even deleting important system files
Install bad Custom Rom etc.
Incorrect repartition with odin already
Swap mb kb or even worse
That's i see in some videos mine happened one of the symptoms described.
