Sd card note 8

After I hats reset the phone it was telling me it couldn't decrypt because it needed to be decrypted on the same phone it was encrypted on but I don't even remember ever encrypting it to be honest. Could whoever hacked me encrypted it and it useless or something. They also jacked up my firmware. Needs to be flashed but cant figure out how to do it. Tried Odin but keeps giving me trouble. Any suggestions in that as well?
they could if they had full control of your phone. but most hacks usually just steals your identity.

so wait did you lose your card and then find it? or do you mean you lost control of your card due to what you think was from hackers?

as far as odin goes make sure you have the correct firmware for your device. if you are not sure use this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/tool-frija-samsung-firmware-downloader-checker.3910594/......you will still need to use odin to flash the firmware.

Apps Help with system design

There are already apps that do this very thing.

The one that I use?
NewPipe.

https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.schabi.newpipe/

https://newpipe.en.uptodown.com/android
It seems that this app just helps to experience videos from youtube better. I mean a separate app that takes and processes the audio coming out of the phone's speaker (eg while watching youtube). Thank you for the help

Who can make a simple Android app

Hi,

I develop lots of little programs for my home and now I just need a very simple app that i can use with my programs. The app should do only 2 things :
1. read a barcode
2. save it on the phone in a text file (1 barcode per file)

Important is that after each barcode is read, it is stored in a separate text file on the phone. the file must have a unique sname so preferably based on date and time (incl milliseconds)

Thats all because I can read, write and delete in an android phone so I can check these files, so I can use my phone as a barcode reader :)

Thanks in advance. You can contact me on my email <mod removed email, reply below or PM>

Thank you and have a splendid 2021 !

Help Radio Transceiver/Radio Hopping

Out of curiosity, which transceivers are you referring to? I've been looking for a transceiver that is Bluetooth compatible that I can connect to my Android. Do you happen to know any?

I appreciate it. Thanks!

The only software defined radios I know and have seen are USB, and have only seen them been used with a computer(running Linux or Window). Devices like these. https://blog.bliley.com/10-popular-software-defined-radios-sdr
The only one that's apparently Bluetooth is "The Ubertooth One is an open source 2.4 GHz wireless development platform suitable for Bluetooth experimentation." So make of that what you will.
Is it ham radio use you're looking for or something?

Android Wearable App development query

I don't think it would take any more development time and resources than for Apple Watches, but I'm also guessing that they had more demand for an Apple Watch version. Those seem to be a lot more popular (particularly with the golfers I know) than any of the Android-based wearables.

There are also several different breeds of Android wearables - Google's Wear OS, Samsung's Tizen, Huawei's whatever-they-call-it, and then a whole bunch of cheap watches from unknown brands which run straight Android (usually poorly).

I love my Wear OS watches but I totally get why developers aren't keen to port their apps unless there's a significant demand for it.

AFAIK Huawei uses the open source code to Wear OS, but what they do with it doesn't have much to do with Google.

Developers, Here is how to announce apps on AndroidForums.com

Option two for creating channels.
Install this plugin for Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/discussion-for-google-pla/blecahjbdenphbhmgmchammlajojlakp
Now when you go to an app in Play you will see a Discuss button.
upload_2021-1-8_11-47-0.png

Click that and it will bring you to the channel. If the channel does not exist it will create it.

Note: If you create the channel after you create a thread, just report the thread and let us know you want it moved into the channel.
