Help In what app Can I transfer just the new annotations from offline pdf file to the pdf in the drive?

How are you annotating it? There is more than one way, so while I think it's unlikely that what you ask is possible (it would require that whatever service you are uploading to recognises the upload as pdf annotations, knows what pdf to add them to, and has a tool to integrate them, all of which will need specific design and tools on the server side as well as your device), without knowing what you are using to annotate or what you are uploading to I can't see how anyone could give an affirmative answer.

Help Force stopping bluetooth

Something must be invoking the BT service.

Your second images shows "GattService" as the running process, and that it was "started by application". GATT (Generic Attribute Profile) is a BT specification that essentially describes how individual BT devices interoperate.

Do you, for example, have S-Health enabled? This may have invoked the BT service in an attempt to find and connect with a heart rate monitor using the HRP profile.
I realize that you posted this answers years ago, but I was seeing if you could help me with a follow up question? If so, when the GattService is running in the background even with bluetooth turned off, you mentioned that other apps can trigger it to try and pair with a monitor, etc..

Is there anyway to go in and search for the specific app or apps that are the culprit? You can email me at chrisdemon2007@gmail.com (likely to see first) or reply on this forum. Please and thank you for your time.

Android 10 V40

I don't want to be difficult, but each forum is for a specific phone in this area. The name of this specific forum is LG V40 ThinQ. There are groups for specific phones so everyone can discuss issues on their specific model. When I had an HTC10, I posted in that forum. Now that I'm using an LG V40, I'm here. Discussing problems with a different phone just causes confusion. You can get more help if you talk to people that are using the same phone. If you check the name of this specific forum, it says:
View attachment 154585 You obviously can do whatever you want. But you would get more relevant information in the forum about your phone.

But I am not the one with the issue.
So I don't need to worry about it.

And to be honest, until the site changed recently, all issues showed up under one heading regardless of whatever device the issue was pertaining to.

All I was doing was offering advice.

If the only portions of this site I devoted any effort toward were ones regarding my devices, then frankly, there would be no reason for me to come to this site.

Stop reading texts out loud automatically

My texts were being read out loud automatically while driving. It has been driving me insane because I couldn't figure out how to turn this off. Finally figured it out!
For me, it was an option found under "Bixby Routines". All i had to do was remove it.
Click on Routines, look for "driving" and click on it to open, click on Next, a list will display, review what's listed, you will see "read notifications aloud". Click EDIT, click the (-) sign to remove from the list. Save, and that's it!

Help [TINNO U304AA] Auth File Needed

I picked up an AT&T Radiant Core for cheap to mess with. It appears to be an MTK6739 device. Trying to pull a recovery image using SPFT but it's giving me an error that I need a proper Auth file. Tried using a couple I found online but none of them worked.

Can anyone supply me with some auth files to try? Perhaps another program instead that will work better than SPFT?

Thanks

EDIT: The official model name and number is a Tinno Mobile U304AA, rebranded to be an ATT device

What app can block outgoing international calls?

How do you accidentally make an international call?

I don't know and it concerns me. I have 3 calls in my call log to the same long distance number. Each is 2 seconds long and were all made in the span of 2 minutes. Three minutes later another call was made to a different number and this one was cancelled.

These aren't numbers in my phone book and I don't know who they are to. I incurred charges for each of the 2 second calls. While these weren't expensive, I'm worried that something is making calls without my permission/knowledge. Highly unlikely they would be butt-dials given that would have to be something that dialed 10 digits, waited for an answer and hung up 2 seconds later. Then repeated this exact sequence 2 more times all within 2 minutes. And then 3 minutes later do something similar, but to a different 10 digit number with a hangup before the call was answered. This sequence isn't something I as a human would have done either and nobody has access to my phone.

Any ideas as to how it could happen and what can be done to prevent it? My carrier can only block outgoing international numbers, but any long distance that starts with the digit "1" can only be blocked on an all or none basis. I want to be able to call withing my country, but don't want to be able to call out of country so I can't have them block all calls starting with "1".

Android apps shoule work across all devises

I'm always slightly surprised how how wide a range of devices most apps will work on. But there's more to device compatibility than just the android version, I'm afraid, and different behaviour on different systems may be the price of them working at all if they are running different versions of Android, or have wildly different display parameters or other hardware differences. Unfortunately there's not much you can do apart from contact the developer.

Personally I'm more often annoyed by apps that type to work the same on all devices: far too many Android apps try to run the same on a tablet as on a phone, which at best makes poor use of the screen, at worst may make them unusable.

The recent apps screen

Why on Earth not? It's fine to use. Especially with apps I barely use.
What's the gain? And if it's an app you barely use you can swipe that away individually, so "clear all" is only for removing all apps, including those you do use (and hence will waste energy reloading). It's an essentially pointless feature.

Anyway this is a system feature, I don't know of any alternative app. And it's the same in Android 10 and 11, so I'd not hold out any hope for it changing. Maybe just swipe fast to scroll to the end of the list (I can traverse to the end in a single swipe on my phone). That's the only suggestion I have really.

Launcher suggestions

I don't understand your issue with trying to change individual icons in Nova?

I have been able to change almost everything with Nova.
I haven't found a Launcher that can do more in terms of editing and customisation.

In my screenshot, I have numerous different app icons from different icon sets, and have edited the dock so no menu button appears, the notification panel and navigation bar are hidden.
I operate this using gestures 👍👌☝️👍👇✊🤲

Help Change the way an alarm is dismissed

Up until yesterday, when the clock alarm "dismiss" button appears from a locked screen, a simple tap on the button stopped the alarm, the same as it would if the device was unlocked and the "dismiss" link that appears at the top of the screen was dispatched with a single tap.

Now, I must press on the button and maintain the pressure as I swipe up to get task done. Some times it takes multiple attempts to be successful.

I had a system update yesterday, and I didn't experience the change until after the update, so perhaps it is connected to that?

Yeh, it could be something Samsung changed with the update. If you can change it back, I don't know as I don't have this phone.
