Take photo in background - ARCore + Unity3D

Have you found a solution for this? I am trying to make an app that visualizes the trackable points in the scene, but takes a photo every time the phone stops moving. Tried some plugins in Unity, but did not work with my phone. Then I tried building it in Android Studio. I have it set up so that it can either take a photo when the camera stops OR visualize the trackable points, but not both. For the AR points, I am using an ArFragment. In order for the camera to work, I need to comment out this fragment and all references to it. Any ideas?

No, I never did. I read something about "shared camera access", but AFAIK, it's basically pausing the camera, letting another process use it, then retaking control. Also, in Android 11 we will be able to access both the front and back cameras at the same time (probably doesn't help you, though!).

Lost SOME Google phone contacts

Log into your Google account from a browser and select "contacts" from the list of apps (little grid of grey squares). See whether they are still there. If they are then you just need to re-download them. If you can't see them, scroll down to the bottom of the sidebar on the left and look for "trash". Deleted contacts should stay in there for 30 days, so if they were deleted in the last month you can rescue them.

If they've been deleted for more than 30 days then they are gone. I've never seen any reliable evidence that any of the apps out there that claim to be able to recover deleted contacts can do so (claims published by the app providers or by shills who are paid to promote recovery apps in online forums are not reliable evidence).

Storage of (camera timer) app photos

There may be a setting in the app itself, have you checked?

If not, then use your file manager to find the photos that you do NOT want.

Take note of the folder that they are in.
Before you continue, be sure that only these pictures are stored in this folder.

Delete the FOLDER.
Now add a FILE with the exact same name as the folder that you deleted, in the same place.

Android will not allow two items, files or folders, to have the same name if they are in the same location.

Your new file will prevent the app from recreating this folder.

Built for Speed

Ok, herre we go !

I have a real life and a job, so the build is going slow, only have limited time to work on it, I have the parts on the mobo and the mobo wired to the tower.

This mornings sales email had this in it so I went ahead of ordered it :

Western Digital WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 64-layer 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) WDS100T3X0C

NICE! That thing is gonna scream!

I actually scored a Samsung 32" 1440p 144hz gaming monitor for free and was excited, until I realized my Radeon RX580 OC 8gb is NOT up to the task, lol. Can't get 60fps at 144hz :'(
