Help Wrong Time on Weather Widget

So I'm several years late on this topic but I had the same issue with my weather widget on my galaxy note 8. I solved it by holding the widget, selecting app info then going into the weather settings, select Auto refresh and choose a refresh time between 1 and 24 hours then turn it back off. I then turned off and on the location. Fixed it immediately without needing to reboot or refresh. Took 10 seconds to fix even though I've been searching for 2 days on how to change it. Quick memo files lost/deleted

I accidentally deleted important quickmemo files during a factory reset without backing them up, is there anyway to retrieve the files?

Thanks for the advice guys, that brings me to my next question. I have a backup from sept 26 that might have the files on it, but when I try to restore my phone it only allows a backup from oct 3. I cant seem to access the sept 26 backup and it says it expires in 25 days, how do I restore the older backup?

If this phone is new, it is under warranty.
I think it is warrantied for at least 90 days, maybe a year.

If not under warranty, then either replace it with a system compatible device (so that you can keep your network and plan) from Wal-Mart or the like for about $40.

If you have a blank SD card, you can install it and reformat it as internal memory.
A high speed card is recommended.

This will greatly expand the capacity of this device, but the card will not be compatible with other devices.

I have a VLE5 and I have had the same issue, but it turned out to be apps that I had installed.

I guess in your case that is ruled out due to the factory reset?

Anyway, although it is limited, I have had good luck with mine.

My Huawei Honor 4a can't install any app

Funny enough, I just had this problem with someone else's phone.

It is a low end LG.

Everything worked, but we could not successfully install any apps.

I checked the device cache, and there was over 2GB in it, so I cleared that.

No change as for installing apps, although the device acted a bit better.

So after multiple checks and trials, I did what I should have done first- I restarted the phone.

Yup.
As soon as it rebooted it was ready to install whatever we wanted.

There is NO solution. Pixel 4 brand new. All my pictures are synching to all of my email accounts (work and home). PLEASE help!

That thread has an answer for old version of Android, and it looks like a fix for iphone. Did you try the iphone steps near end of thread? If so, then PLEASE start a new thread. Reference that thread if it helps, but as that is an answered thread, it is not going to get as much visibility as an unanswered one.
