Not sure if this is the right place to post.

Im a bit tech savy but not great and sorry if this has already been asked. I have a Pumpkin (see below) I have the aux lead that goes in the back, I understand Ipods have an issue connecting to Android 8.0 or newer, I just wondered if anyone has come up with an app that works with it or anyway it can work? Or if Ipod doesent work anymore is there a way of connecting an old Android phone through Aux so I can just keep all my music inside it in the glovebox. I know you can connect via bluetooth and I also know I can run spotify through the unit, just would really like all my music just sat in the car without having to rely on data or the internet for music to run.

Also is it easy to upgrade to Android 9.0?

I had my phone on my desk and was voice chatting with a friend on an app called discord. All the sudden I heard music in the background, I thought it was my friend that had music on but decided to check for myself anyway. I was shocked to see the music playing in the background from the "play music" app. Did someone hack into my phone? I'm scared now. I downloaded antivirus and ran a full scan, it didn't find anything but I'm still worried. How could it have launched without me touching a thing. By the way it was an mp3 file that was being played. I've never had this happen before. If anyone has some info I'd really appreciated it thank you.

Personally, I could not, would not, accept the locked-down, non-customizable, highly-curated world of iOS. Just the thought of having a screen-full of icons--that I didn't put there and don't want--makes my heart start racing, like a panic attack! I need my desktops clean, not all cluttered up with stuff I can't remove.

I did not buy the iphone, had the chance to use it so I just wanted to try it then decide.

For now I am ok with android. I have nothing against android, been using android my whole life, never had an iphone before. The only good thing i heard about iphone is it can backup everything in the whole phone easily, and it seldom have malware. (from what I read on web and videos) I think android is equal or better . I heard people are too used to apple ecosystem and find it troublesome to get out, maybe using too many apple app or software.

ok so odin can be finicky sometimes (well most of the time....lol). have you tried a different usb port? make sure your drivers are current. also maybe try a different version of odin. i have heard that sometimes you might have do run odin multiple times before success.

Before it was under $100 at the time but as months gone by it wasnt very worth giving it tocher so i upped the specs

Could you clarify as to just which one you're trying to get working? The specific model I.D. would make it a lot easier to determine what might be happening.

Thanks Danny. I should have mentioned, I had rebooted the Galaxy Tab A many times, however I had not cleaned cache. So I went into Settings, Device Maintenance, and cleaned Storage and Memory. I then rebooted the device. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. Any other thoughts?

It's not a feature the note 8 has built in. Samsung has their own payment app. But mobilepay is an app most people in denmark use, whether its for shopping, getting food, paying online, transfer money to others.
If i remove the app, it means always use card or cold cash. And who even uses cash anymore...
But i'll try to force app to close after every use and see if it still does it, or if it open other apps instead

Vanced was installed via a Magisk module. I have since then uninstalled the module and wiped the data of the original YT and updated it through Play Store. Since I was using it through Magisk, the system partition was unmodified. Doing these should be enough, right?

Where are they listed? Please give as much information as you can or else it's very hard to understand what you mean.

Keychain usually refers to password storage. So it probably refers to signing in to something (perhaps even the phone itself).

go into your message settings (3 dots)>group details>notifications>and turn off notification.

you can just delete the conversation and you are done.

i had to do this when i was getting the spam group text messages.

Where I am, Arcadia, knock on wood, we've been unaffected so far. But the LA region has been hit hard. Just today a fire broke out in Topanga Canyon. Honestly, it just seems like a never-ending chain of fires.

As if the fires weren't bad enough, Trump adds insult to injury by withholding [or threatening to] federal funds to fight them. He's so pathetically misinformed, it's not even funny. He thinks these are 'forest fires,' and has previously declared that if we managed our forests better [by keeping them raked], this wouldn't happen. The truth is, these are wildfires, in urban/suburban areas, nowhere near forests--and, even if they were, the federal government manages 90-something percent of California's forests! So he should look in the mirror to see who's mishandling CA's forests.

I developed an application that loads a web page into an android webview. The problem is that the images do not load unless you touch the screen. Why? Is there a way to solve this?
