Samsung devices don't have that feature.
Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.
That's normal. Using 'force stop' never prompts to restart an app.I definitely clicked 'Force Stop' on the email app in the App manager. The button didn't grey out but stopped responding. I expected once I'd stopped it a button to restart would appear but it didn't.
See @svim's excellent explanation. It clearly didn't stop the app because immediately afterwards I tried sending a test email from her phone to mine and it worked.

Yep "unlocked" just means it's not locked to any carrier, that's it. If the manufacturer locked the bootloader there's not much you can do about that.
Also IIRC Blu has been caught putting spyware on their phones.

Hi everyone I recently bought a huawei honor 10 from someone on the street without making sure I could get passed the factory setup process. The phone is linked to a huawei ID in which I obviously don't know the info to which is making the phone activation impossible! I was trying to bypass this roadblock via backdoors in which I was really close by using *#*#1357946#*#* on the emergency dialer and just exploring all possible options. Unfortunately I decided to let my boyfriend try for a little while then he came back saying "baby you're gonna hate me but I ****ed up and updated the phone" now I have NO access to anything at all without 'unlocking device' does anyone know of any new ways to bypass the huawei ID phone activation after this recent update? Or maybe even how to downgrade without usb debugging enabled? Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!
You're welcome! I'm really glad it helped, and you're figuring out what some of the perfectly innocent apps were. Thanks, that was a great idea. The shield was an app called anonymous web browser and the lock was from some Verizon security app.
