Help with XFI Locator app

XFI locator yes they are charging around 22.00 mth.
Okay, from within the app, go through all of its menus and settings; see if there's a method for canceling your subscription. If there is, follow its steps.

If there isn't, log in to your account on their website. Since I don't have an account, I can't see what's there for people who do. Double-check that there's no way to cancel.

If there isn't, send a message to rdlysoftware@gmail.com and see if that solves the problem. If it doesn't...

1) contact the credit card bank and explain the situation, making clear that they offer no way to cancel, so you're doing this as a last resort. Tell them to immediately stop allowing charges for that company.

AND

2) go to their Play Store page and post a review, explaining the whole situation. I'm sure others would like to know.

Argh...My N10+ factory-reset while in my pocket

It happened to me twice, while in my left pocket. It happened after a month of getting my New Note10, and then the following week. I called tech support and they claimed that it's impossible, that the feature to restore after too many attempts is not enabled in this phone.
I do know, that both times, I had been doing brisk walking activities.
I reached the conclusion that it is a flaw from the feature that unlocks the phone with the on screen fingerprint sensor.
Turned it off and it's been over two weeks without incidents. I still use it to unlock apps, but Not the phone from the lock. Screen
Will try for about two months and then turn it on to see what happens.

Did you happened to have yours On as well?
I don't ever turn it on if I forget I'll just factory reset my self lol

Communication between 'administrator' and 'user' devices

I'm going to apologizes in advance for all the inaccuracies in what I am about to ask.

I'm a mechanical engineering student working on a project that has turned into some app development the only coding I know is a bit of MatLab- I am in way over my head.

I need to build something that will allow a course instructor to dictate the display of a students device 'user device' from their own device 'administrator device' . The bones of this project would be a set of buttons on the administrator device, and each one when selected would cause a figure to be displayed on the user device. It seems like a bluetooth output from the administrator device and and bluetooth input to the user device would be the right way to go, but I don't actually know if that's possible or what other other options would be...

Any ideas, suggestions, or recommendations would be incredibly helpful

About Huawei Mate 30 Pro

I am sure that P20 can work fine with Google Play because it has stock Google Service Framework. In fact, I have helped so many P20 users to get their P20 working well with Google Play.
The only question is that Huawei's own app store made all Google apps unavailable in September this year. Then the launch icon of Google Play Store disappeared from your P20 home screen. But this is not a problem at all for us. :D

This was in a local Huawei showroom back in May, I'm friends with the staff there. I tried to install Play from AppGallery on a demo P20 they had, and it just crashed. I didn't do any further investigation, that was about the time I thought about having a Samsung instead. No Huaweis in China have the Google Play icon on their EMUI launcher.

I see that in the AppGallery on my own Mate 10, that all Google apps have now been removed, and that was where I installed Play from in the first place. But it's still on my phone, and is still working with a VPN.

After conversion to 64 bit for AR App using Unity & Vuforia the Camera does not work

We have an autmented reality app developed using UNITY and Vuforia. It is on Play Store and it works fine.
But after we converted it to 64-bit architecture, the camera functionality does not work. We get white screen and we are unable to scan business card using vuforia and camera doesn't works in other places too like qr code scanning etc. It works in 32 bit architecture. What could be the reason for camera failure in case of 64 bit architecture. How to resolve this issue?

root lg k11+ HELP!!

so after looking into the link, please keep in mind that the actual source was from an xda guide that was published in 2015. so i do not know how effective the process will be. here is the original thread:https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/guide-root-method-lg-devices-t3049772

always look to xda for anything root related. it is a developers forum where they post their guides, roms, kernels and recoveries. always do your research there first. your problem is that there is no forum for your device in xda. this means that there is no development community supporting your device. just remember no dev=no fun.

if it was me as soon as i know that there is no dev community to help root the device, i would stop my research right there. the really is no reason to look further. each device has a specific process to gain root. not all device can use the same exploit to root the device as in the days of old. manufacturers and carriers have tighten their grips on the phones they offer.

the main reason i would stop if there are no dev support, is because that means there is no custom recovery. a custom recovery allows you to make a nandroid backup which is like a save point in a video game. if you mess up, you can always restore your backup and it will be like nothing happened. to just root the phone so that you can get rid of bloatware and such is a big risk without a custom recovery. bloatware are apps carriers and manufacturers added to the phone. they are considered system apps. a lot of system apps are tied together so
that if you delete one, you might break another app and possibly soft brick your phone. without a custom recovery, the only thing you can do is flash a firmware update which most likely will unroot your phone.

so i do not think that you will be able to gain root on your device at the moment. you can try the guide @Dannydet linked, but i'm doubtful it will work....but you never know. i highly recommend that you stop looking for a root process for your phone. at least not until there is a custom recovery for your phone.

good luck and keep us posted.
