I have been getting alot of FC's running this ROM. It happens with Facebook app, checking my email and other apps. Any one else experiencing this? Any tips?

Did you wipe data and cache before installing this ROM? If so, do it again and it's a good idea to format your system, cache, boot, and data partitions as well. The ROM is definitely good...so it has to be the installation ;)

Thought I was happy with the stock 800 mhz kernal. Installed Chevy 1.25 ulv and getting quadrant speed of 1565 and short bench at 147.:)

Since Pete made comments on boot speed improvements to BB 0.4 on twitter is there an updated version in the works, things to ponder.

I just want a black notification bar, any suggestions, don't want a whole new theme, my droid runs great, and don't want to mess things up

The font is the stock Droid font..

Ok... thanks. I was confused on that, as I installed a 'stock' theme rom that had an ugly font and assumed the font had changed for froyo. and i figured out the custom boot issue. turns out its not a new boot at all, it just removes the droid overlay.

Ok... WTF... about 7 times out of 10, whenever I try to update an app or install a new one from the Market, the download completes and then never installs. This is getting very frustrating.

This isn't a BB ROM issue. I wiped everything before installing v0.4, let the Market restore my apps, and used Titanium Backup the data for those apps, as well as my non-Market apps and data, and I'm not having any Market issues at all.

I wiped everything before installing, added my Google accounts, downloaded Titanium Backup from the Merket, used Titanium Backup to restore my wireless internet passwords and most of my apps, then downloaded/installed the rest of my apps from the Market. Lately, however, if I ever have an update to download in the Market, most of the time it downloads 100% and never installs.

I try hitting Cancel and trying again, sometimes that works. I try uninstalling the app completely from my phone then try downloading/installing again, sometimes that works. But currently I can't get ROM Manager or Quadrant to redownload/install.

Is anyone else having youtube issues? Flashed this yesterday, went to go and watch a video that a buddy sent me and it will not play anything. Not the ones I searched for or the ones that come up on the home screen.

Anyone?

...while I'm downloading.

Should I underclock my CPU? My droid tends to get scalding hot and shut off around noon if left in my tankbag(motorcycle) to charge on a sunny day.

I'd recommend not leaving it in your tankbag to charge on a sunny day, actually. Sounds like a perfect recipe for permanent damage to the phone's internal electronic components. Failing that, then yes, I would definitely underclock your CPU using SetCPU's profiles for Charging if you're going to continue to do that. Pete's already set up this ROM to under- or over-clock using an onDemand setting, thereby making SetCPU unnecessary; however, the torture you're putting your phone through would probably justify keeping it installed and running.

How do you install flash player on this thing? If i go to adobe's page it says item not found. :/
