My current one with the three rows of launcherPro dock icons. Just like everyone else it's always changing!
Working on my own framework, so let me know what you think of the status bar icons! Work in progress and so far has changed every few days as I try something new.

Icons are things found in Google image search I've either plain stolen or mostly edited slightly to suit/fit in.

Finally think I've got something I'm happy with..... for now at least.
Love the whole simplistic setup that I see alot of people with, but didnt want to sacrifice the accessibility of all my applications and shortcuts, so decided to implement quickdesk to give me access to my calender/bookmarks/apps/music widget and then the sliding dock of launcher pro to give me that simplistic look whilst also allowing me to have my most used icons on the home screen.

Swipe gesture down to hide notifications bar, swipe gesture up to show it.
Added the arrow as an icon on the dock just to make it look that much cooler

This way I'm only using one homescreen, no swiping and no clutter on other homescreens and the quickdesk lets me access my most used widgets/bookmarks/apps from within an application or just the homescreen.

Damn, now that I think about it, I'm only going to want to customize everything more now Here goes another night

Am i missing somthing here?? Cant you just plug your phone into your computer select disk drive mode, create a folder on your sd card and put your music in that folder using your computer??..

And yes most fie managers will allow you to cpy and paste files from your phone to your sd card

no you didn't miss anything.. i got confused. i thought this would help my low phone storage space issue but it has nothing to do with it. my issue is how do i clear some of the crap stored on my internal memory?

clear caches, look in market for cache or something. But thats for a different thread

oh i ddnt miss anything just misunderstood, have you updated to froyo yet?? if yo have move all apps that you can to the sd card, and simply go through all apps and uninstall the ones you dont use. If you havent i know it doesnt really help but just wait till you do, it shouldnt be to long of a wait, who you with? vodafone, orange ect.??
And yes as Lekky said cashe clearing will help alot.

Dont you need to be rooted? (whatever the **** that is, every thread has root this root that in it lol) for these app to work as i cant find any, they all say for ROOT USERS only.

im on 2.2.

I havent tried power strip yet... I was tossing up between quickdesk and power strip and read a few reviews saying people thought quickdesk was simpler and quicker so I went with that! I'll have to check power strip out, although I guess it will be like launcherpro and adw launcher, all down to personal preference!

Nice m8, im also using 3 rows of launcher pro and 2 homescreens (1 blank & 1 with power control, etc.)

I really like the status bar icons, i guess you rooted your phone to change them?

Is that power control plus you have as well?

Was using Launcher till I updated to 2.2 and not got round to setting it all up again, so I'll stick with Sense for a bit.
Anyway, we haven't had a Sense set for a while.

Centre:
Standard Sense clock , and my most accessed apps.

Left #1:
News & Weather widgets and stock music widget

Left #2:
Stock Calendar->Agenda

Left #3:
Bookmarks widget

Right #1:
Search, toggle widgets (yes, OCD with them alphabetically ordered >.<), 3G watchdog monitor, folders with my most used apps and quick shortcuts to system settings.

Right #2:
Mail widget

Right #3:
HTC's Calculator widget (couldn't think of anything else. :-/)

Yeh you need to be rooted for it, though it's easy to do if you are rooted clicky!

It's extended controls for the power bar set ups.

i'll just have to sit on my hands and wait for this update.. i'm with Vodafone.
i took my phone into a girl in the Vodafone shop and she was totally confused with the look of my phone. i'm so inspired by all the pretty screens *swoon*. but as a girl living on her own with a clothing addiction i'm all about the free apps etc. ... SO, for fun (a little off topic) my question is, How much do you think you guys have spent customizing your phones? anyone dare to add it up?

There's nothing wrong with being prudent. This forum does seem to be a pretty nice place, I can't say I've encountered anyone unpleasant at all, but there are plenty of individuals within the ranks of humanity who you don't want to come a knocking!

Grrr, stuff my picky personality! Love this background but only on the homescreen! Doesn't look good with widgets over it.....
