This is a themed version of what TMartin put out yesterday. Very nice;)

To change brightness, you will have to flash 4.3.4 kernel(no screen tearing), Tiamat kernel(screen tearing) SZ kernel(screen tearing)

Yes it is.
Screen brightness issues seem hardware dependent and I haven't seen whether he fixed that issue or not yet.

No he didn't, still the same issue as in the stock leak version from TMartin. Just flash another kernel, then you can adjust brightness. It's very annoying to have screen brightness up at 100% Right now, imo, 4.3.4 kernel from netarchy seems to be the best

So for you guys who have flashed the 2.3 sense build, how does it compare to the AOSP 2.3 stuff? Is 4G working?

Everything works, with both builds. How does it compare to AOSP? That's up to you but both the stock 2.3.3 and King's 2.3 are very fast for sense. I'm getting comparable benchmark numbers to AOSP, as far as Linpack and Quadrant are concerned. 42 Linpack, 1300 Quadrant. These numbers mean nothing but it still gives a general idea for me:p

are you test driving this yet? im d/l'ing it as i type this.... its sense, so im not sure how ill feel about it, but we'll see i guess

woah, there werent any posts when i started typing this, got sidetracked and came back to finish it... nevermind guys.. sorry:(

Keep the thoughts coming guys. It's probably too early to know, but I'd be interested in an AOSP/Sense comparison of how battery life is with Gingerbread.

ok so for us newbies

is this AOSP rom with sense built in it? Doesn't that make it a sense ROM?

I been on sense only ROMS and have been wanting to try a AOSP ROM to see what the fuss is about, but i'm not sure which one to go with. I want one that has everything working (dont care for 4g since dont have it in my area). Does this have everything working?

It's a leaked version of Android 2.3 w/ Sense. All the other Sense based Roms you've seen have been based on Android 2.2.

It is a little confusing because the build of Sense you've seen on all Roms has been sense 1.0. Some of the Z ported Roms run Sense 2.0. This appears to be Sense 1.0 with some 2.0 enhancements included.

So this Rom is Android 2.3 w/ Sense 1.0 + a sprinkling of Sense 2.0. Clear as mud?

if youre gonna try a AOSP rom, MIUI is the easiest to set up as it has the GAPPS pre-installed. Theyre just stripped down in comparison to a sense rom, but if they got this gingerbread thing cracked, the need for aosp may be null..... make sure you do a wipe cache and dalvik cache otherwise youre gonna have serious problems. Oh, another awesome part of AOSP is the rosie. I hate the way the sense one looks, my version of CM7 has 5 spots across the bottom and it SOOOOO easy to swap out the items in it. So thats another key selling point for me. Dunno, i guess im just an AOSP junkie now LoL

sidenote: im planning on waiting to hear some feedback from others whove used it, but can someone extract that background image and post it pls? IT LOOKS FRIGGIN SWEET!!!!

Perfectly clear as mud!! :) (actually makes total sense to me)

On the Rosie though, you can use ADW or LauncherPro with a Sense Rom if you want, so you can get the 5 icons that way. But I agree, I hate the stock Sense launcher. It was fine before I rooted my phone and didn't know any better, but now it just seems awkward.

I am running this Rom now and Titanium does not have all my apps.. cant do a "batch run restore missing apps " cause their not there..?????? doing a nandroid to see if its still up in another sense based rom.

They shouldnt have gone anywhere. Tib back ups are on your sd card. Just try installing Tib's busybox by clicking problems an get busy box first...

I have only had to do that once any time I flash a new rom and down load tit backup.. busy box is allready going but I'll check it out
