still no dice. busy box running already running... I went ahead and tried to get a new one but its the same version.. and still no apps.. going back to nandroid to investigate

Hey I just flashed this rom and I tried to reboot into recovery but I can't start the phone in recover for some reason. I held down the power + volume down button and it just started up the phone like normal, no recovery mode. Anyone know how to get to recovery with this rom???

LOL its always the same...hold vol down + then hold power down till it comes one. Or use quickboot app in market...or you lost recovery...but it should have gone to hboot so...disable the fastboot option in the rom heard that was causing an issue getting to recovery

So this Rom is Android 2.3 w/ Sense 1.0 + a sprinkling of Sense 2.0. Clear as mud?

Yeah, ive had that happen to me a couple-a times... well, before i got the quickboot app :)

Ya there is a u tube explains that if fast boot is selected when u power down it just sleeps ... So u have to unchecked it to get in recovery
 
Ok, running this. It is fast for sense. So far stacks up to aosp. Pulled the wallpaper for you doofus have to post it later gotta go bed sheet shopping :(

Yeah, that's one of the few things from the new Sense that actually made it into this build. Unless you disable that, you're not actually turning the phone off. You have to start from a completely shutdown state to get to hboot.

I am a kings fan been running him solid.. but it just does not do any thing for me the scroll still jitters and apps still take a moment to late to come up.. his r3 build was perfect though...........I dont know I am new to all this but the GB 2.3 he put out is awesome and they dont compare.... I only gave this rom about 5 hr before I switched back
 
Going to try and catch up with evo stuff today

My experience with this rom
No camera...white screen
no apps to SD ....get the can't mount SD error

Got 1 reboot during a call

Will read through all the posts today and tomorrow but I am swamped :(

Hmm mine is running fine. Flashed netarchy 4.3.4 almost immediately to fix screen brightness, couple of fc I fixed with a tib data wipe but other than that....
