Yep. I'd be shocked if it's under $300 subsidized. Hopefully it won't be any more than that, though.
My wife just got a regular iPhone because she hated her Droid Eris and used up my early upgrade to do it. Unless I can smooth talk somebody at Verizon into giving me another early upgrade I'm probably stuck waiting until 12/14 to upgrade.

I wonder if the squished Bionic.. er Razr has a microsd? Does not seem to have space for it. If it does have one, not having it on the Nexus due to space seems a non-reason.
Still hoping they both have oneOr at least one of them, with Nexus being first dibs.
It does have one. In the old leaked photos, there were 2 slots on the side, I believe - one for sdcard and one for SIM.

I was in line at 4am with my grandson....he was FIRST! That's how we roll.....couldn't talk him into waiting for a GNEX,....maybe next time. My family thinks we are loons.

However you want to say it? I've been using the latter as how I read it but I've never actually has to name it in vocal conversation. Don't really think I'd use a nickname for it when I get it other than on here of course. My friends wouldn't know what phone i'm talking about unless I give the full name, describe it in detail, then remind them where they saw it in a commercial.

Ugh. I can't stand doing that. I did the same thing when I got my wife's iPad 2. I swore that Apple was shipping only like 10 or 20 to the store every other morning just to create a higher sense of demand and desperation in the customer base. Thankfully there was a Starbucks half a block away and the line was full of really nice people willing to hold your place in line while you went and got some coffee/warmed up a bit.

Interesting, they call it Nexus Prime at BB. I like that name better than Galaxy Nexus. But did you notice i730, i760 there? I wonder what those devices are.

Thank you Steven. I was just wondering because I thought I read someplace that Verizon didn't have much say in the phone that it was Samsung and Google under control of the device. And if it is pure vanilla without bloatware from Verizon I could see them not caring too much about carrying it. I just started to poke around at looking for phones and this is looking like the one so I figured I would ask the experts
I'm hearing like ga-nex, better, g'nex, so close to _connects_ - good karma name for a phone.
Gnex like GNU - sorry, I missed this one (and for those unfamiliar, GNU is pronounced one way, gnu (the beast) is pronounced the other).

No SD card... Not preferable but I can live with it. Guess I'll be using Google Music a lot more often. Quick question concerning streaming... Say I've got a song in the cloud that's size is 5mb. When I stream the song to my device, am I essentially having to download the full 5mb or is the song somehow compressed and then sent to me? I unfortunately don't have an unlimited plan on Verizon, and I can imagine heavy Google Music usage would eat away at that 2gb cap fairly quickly...
