Hello everyone! First signed up to these forums when we were speculating about the Incredible release and I can see that not much has changed since then!
Personally, I don't care if the phone gets released today or 11/17 since my contract is not up for renewal til 12/2something and I plan on buying at Costco (hoping they really get it) because I love their 90 day return/exchange policy.
Looking forward to some great speculative insights!

Things are beginning to fall into place. If HTC and Verizon announce that the vigorous ReHound is launching the next day, it will be solid confirmation for the 17th! Oh what a glorious feeling I

Then I think it's fair for those of us holding out hope that maybe, beyond reason, 11/10 could be the day can go ahead and call the 17th the earliest day we're gonna get it. Hopefully I don't get the CK treatment from eyetek for peeing in his Cheerios.
Why would they release the HTC phone on the 14th??? 
Seems more and more likely that VZW's gonna pull the nuclear option on us and actually release the RAZR on the 10th, the HTC on the 17th and Nexus... well, after that

Thats the point, Chief. Why would they? It makes no sense. But Kellex (at Droid Life) is hearing that they will. If Verizon makes this very unusual move, that means that the other part of Kellexs info is true as well! Dont you see! Ahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

Edit: Also, even if kellex's info of the 17th is true doesn't mean the other part will necessarily be true also. You could make the argument that it may make it more likely, which is what I assume you meant in the first place

Kellex tweeted a rumor that RAZR is launching on the 10th, ReHound on the 14th, and SGN on the 17th! The first of three predictions has just come true. We shall see what HTC and Verizon announce on the 13th. If they say it releases on the 14th, which is a highly unusual date, then it follows that Kellex is right about the SGN as well.

AND they want to prove that the Nexus will not sell well, so they don't feel obligated to repeat this in the future. Hence the extraordinary need for us to sell out their pre-orders and set aside funds for it in-store. Otherwise THEY WIN.

From what i've seen so far. Web and video game browsing are 4.3". Which is lame if you can't make the icons turn to dots and use more of a 4.6" screen while having little dots to recall the software buttons.

Agreed. The cops will bet on the info that is most LIKELY based on past experiences. That doesn't make it 100% certain though. That's all I'm saying. By getting it right he establishes credibility, but there's a chance (big or small) he could be wrong. It has happened in the past where someone has leaked correct info before and then later leaked info that was totally incorrect. We've all seen it just by frequenting this thread.That's all I'm saying which is what I assumed you meant.
Edit: point is nothing is official until Verizon announces, no matter what anyone says. Actually, I would go as far to say that its not completely official until its available to the public, regardless of VZW announcement.

i agree. i don't think we're going to see anything too unusual from vzw with these releases - i bet it pretty much keeps with tradition. this would, imo, mean a Black Friday release, at the earliest.
this is pure speculation on my part, but i would bet that VZW is intentionally keeping the release date quiet - not necessarily from us, but from Sammy and Google. all indications are that VZW prefers the RAZR and Re-*gag*, for all the reasons that have been discussed. and, i also think that Sammy and Google are going to be responsible for marketing this device, not VZW. if VZW were to announce a release date, then that would allow Sammy and Google to "turn loose" the marketing machine. but, that marketing would be in competition with VZW's marketing of its preferred phones. THAT'S why i don't think we have a release date, and why we won't have one until substantially later in the month.
a little conspiracy-theorist thinking?? probably...but it's just my thinking.

Yeah, except the G-Nex is killer and threatens to cannibalize sales from the two other big phones that would make VZ more money than the G-Nex.

This doesn't make sense to me. Everyone has said that Verizon passed on the SGSII for the Galaxy Nexus. They were never obligated, as the rumors suggest, to carry this phone (they chose to allegedly). So I'm not sure that "proving" the Nexus doesn't sell is making any point for them. I think they likely want to sell the phones with the bloat because of some offline agreement to how much they pocket from each device that carriers said bloat. I don't think it's quite that sinister, just business. Get the ones that make THEM the most money out first, then that other one......

I'd like a 2nd opinion from the OTHER attorney in the forum (calling husker). I'd point out that the serial killer has control over the outcome of the calls (assuming he's the one doing the killing, you didn't specify) and thus a cop could rightly assume that Person C's goose is cooked.
However, Kellex is getting information from someone that may or may not have direct control over the quality of the information. KELLEX isn't releasing the phones on those dates...
