So, with full optimism, I logged onto Verizon's web page to see if anything was released since it's past midnight. No dice.

I think I'm about to turn into a pumpkin.

That article was posted October 14th. Not really new news. It is also still called "Nexus Prime" in the picture.

yep. i was simply copying the link for reference, rather than someone wonder where i would get an outlandish idea from.

in any case, i'm the type of person that if i see it priced somewhere, i can certainly get a better deal somehow... either another vendor or some other coupon codes/gift cards, etc. gotta love competition.

Thanks for saving me the trouble....I was about to do just that before I crash for my whopping 4.5 hours of sleep.

And we also know that's a fake, because it has never been called the Nexus Prime (at least from Verizon).

I also know for a fact that the phone is NOT in Verizon's Cellebrite system.

Ohhhhh NOW you say its a fake but when I said it was a fake back then I was the bad guy LOL.

How do you like me now...........hahahahaha

(Dont think Im attacking. Its done in good fun)

Firstly I want to warmly welcome newbies. Thanks for signing up! You give this thread and our site new life! :) Welcome!

A note to lurkers! STOP LURKING! Join us! Join the fun. Give us a chance to have some fun with you. Come out of the corners! ;) We're having fun here, and would love to hear from you!

Sincerely,
Steven

Nothing wrong with lurking. Was a lurker on the DInc thread 2 years ago, and now I'm lurking here for my next phone upgrade. :)

So, how about that NBA lockout? It appears that the labor meeting is still going on right now.

Awright, Steven58, since you insist.

I'm looking forward to going from my WinMo 6.5 Omnia II to joining the Android revolution. I started researching upcoming Android devices back in March, and quickly pinpointed the Galaxy S II as the one I wanted. Of course, six months later, Verizon smacked down those plans. I figured I'd wait another couple months and see what else would turn up, and of course wound up joining the Nexus roller coaster ride.

Been following this thread since the beginning of October, and I honestly can't wait to see it end... because that'll mean I've finally got a Nexus in my hands :)

Trust me, even if you bring good news, you're still the bad guy. :D

Seriously though, it's hard to separate good info from the bad. You did call that one, even though it got debunked on DL a few days later as well.

Welcome.

I have to admit, this latest crop of fresh newbies shows up packing with essays. I like it.

My first post was I think 10 words at most.

Dear Members:

The Joe Paterno/Penn State Debacle is a bit too hot a subject for this thread. Please take it to the Politics and Current Events section, please. Thanks!

Nice! Was looking to upgrade to the Bionic from my Inc 1 back in July when I heard the Bionic was coming out "soon." So I sold my Inc 1 and had to use a BB storm 1 to maintain my unlimited data plan. The Bionic turned out to be a dud and my focus turned to the SGII which I expected to hit Verizon....but the BB storm was unbearable, so I sold an iPod touch for a DX while I waited for the SGII to hit. Verizon passed on SGII, and I was super pissed. But lo and behold the Nexus is coming! So far, the DX isn't too bad (just slow and the hard buttons are super annoying). The BB storm was pure trash though and I hope BB explodes in a fiery explosion of malaise and non-innovation. So, been waiting since January for a phone. Wait's almost over. I know the G-nex will be a huge step up from the Omnia, though - so congrats on making it this far!

This is what I will turn into if someone touches my Gnex.

OK, So my girlfriend ran to the grocery store tonight and ended up leaving her T-Mobile MyTouch 4G on the roof of her car... After a lot of searching, we finally found it..... in several pieces...

I'm now trying to talk her into ditching T-Mobile for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus since her phone is demolished. :p

My brother was able to "park" his old T-mobile line for $5 a month... Hopefully she can until her contract is up... and then we can add a new line to our family account for $10 mo + $30 Data... then we can divide the total bill between her, my brother, and me... Win Win Win situation!!! :D

Since I'm bored & the thread is slow right now I will ask some ?s:

1.)If I order this online how do I activate it(I'm not the main line on the account)?

Can't think of my other ? right now
