Apparently the camera is the topic of the day. Anyone else find it strange that the shadow from the mic boom is in a different location in these photos? Almost like there is an extra light source in the GNex pic.
 
Hey does anyone know what keyboard Steven or one of the other mods said was a good replacement for Swype? Like t9 something...?

That is because, in the photos, when you hold the Nexus horizontal, the flash is to the right of the lens and on the S, it is below. They can be also on the other side if you flip the phones 180.

Flashes are oriented 90 degrees different on each phone. So one the flash is just below lense and other it's to the side depending on if taken in portrait or landscape. This will cause the shade offset on one but not other.

BTW, these both seem taken in landscape so the flash on the nexus ends up just to the right of the lense and shoots the shadow to the left of the mic.

Let's just hope it doesn't end up like their gsm pre order did. People that bought them with that code later got told that they owed more money and the phone would not be shipped until they paid it
