I saw someone over the weekend posted that the 7 Day Sale was over at 11:45 CST, was that AM or PM? I'm assuming PM like their other sales, and we wouldn't see anything new, or potentially Nexus-y until late tonight/early tomorrow, right?

It's funny, because the people from the Jersey Shore show aren't actually from New Jersey, and most of them (all of them?) aren't even Italian. It is kind of like the Soporanos, just a well-done stereotype. 99 percent of Jersey isn't like that. :D
 
I don't get in here enough to post a lot but I have been keeping up a lot with this thread. Hopefully today or tomorrow we will hear something. December 11 is my birthday and I know that was a rumor day also. Come on Verizon, make my birthday wishes come true!
 
Good morning G'nexers - our week of fate is upon us.

I'm feeling pretty positive about the 8th or 9th. Verizon Wireless reps are at my job today so I am going to go ask them for information in a little bit.

Why so negative about this week? Just a hunch based on how it has gone thus far or did we hear something negative? Thanks.

LOL nope, got some stuff to catch up on from the weekend first then I will go ask them. Not even sure what time they are supposed to be here. I just know reps are supposed to be here to discuss employee discounts so I figured I would ask them what they know.

No, just that flinch that a poor abused dog does when an owner raises its hand. We don't know if we're going to be hit or petted.

I'll tell you, a month ago, if someone had told me that not only would we not have the GNex in our hands by now, but we wouldn't even have an official announcement from VZW yet, I would have said they were nuts.

Morning all, hope everyone's weekend was great. If anyone in Chicago is a meat lover, Smoque is a fantastic restaurant.

I haven't been on since yesterday afternoon, have I missed anything big? I saw Steven's post at the Samsung store but nothing after that.

At least the mobile site was readable. Their main site crashed all 3 browsers on my tablet last night.

Oh I know.. I have a lot of family in NJ.. but Jersey Shore has definitely ruined the states perception... had to poke fun ;)

Hmm, I dunno, I hope the owner of that dog gets hit by a bus, but I just want Verizon to release the phone already. I am over feeling abused by Verizon, I think they wanted this phone out too.
 
Well even if we don't hear anything today, if Phil's sources (from AC) are correct, and phones start trickling into stores Monday/Tuesday...then hopefully that means we'll start seeing more leaks in terms of pictures. Although an announcement would obviously be better.
 
OK...

I have located my nearest Corp. Store and I have cash in hand.

I have double-checked my account status: paid in full and showing upgrade availability plus loyalty discount.

Checked the air in my tires and the tank is full of fuel. I also have my winter kit in the trunk.

I think I'm ready when the word drops.
