I went to Disneyland yesterday for my company Christmas party. We got fast passes to the new and updated Star Tours. I was expecting Yoda (Steven) and Hans (Han) but I kept hoping that the GNex would show up too somehow on the ride.

Haha yup- but I believe theres also a stop in Florida that the ship makes, its going to the Caribbean. Talking about cruises and all, we should all have a SGN Cruise paid for by none other than our humble servant Steven. What a wonderful soul he has! :D
You're leaving out of the Bayonne port then. Dawnierae said she is out of Tampa (yes, I'm a royal brat)

Haha, cruise expert. I have never even been on one. The one time I had the money and time to do it, I bought a corvette and drove the blue ridge parkway instead.

Carnival Paradise this time. Never done Royal Caribbean...I've heard it's fabulous. We've always done Carnival or Norwegian. Not that we wouldn't do RC, just always works out that Carnival or Norwegian had the itinerary we were looking for and the dates we needed at the time we needed them.

Cruise talk:

My wife and I went on the Sensation in August from port Canaveral (sp?) and loved it.

I had a similar experience. Except my problem was an inept 70 yr old who didn't know what to teach us for the final (it was a common final among 4 different prof's classes. I had a 98 going into the final pulled off a 80.2 final grade, with a 30% final weighting. I had a 40 on the final and had the highest grade in my class.

Yea, I didn't have to take finals - hooray for practical applications! I had to design ads and come up with a campaign, but was pretty much done with Scantrons and #2 pencils by my junior year.

I cringe thinking about some of my core engineering classes for that reason, for statics I swear my professor would fall asleep in the middle of doing a problem. I think everyone made 30's on the final, I thought I had failed the class but passed with a C due to the curve. I am so glad I only have two classes left until graduation.

Hmmmm....Steven, you should coordinate a Galaxy Nexus Post-Launch cruise. :D

So I finally dropped by my Verizon Corporate store that I mentioned previously in the above post. The attached pic is a SGN that the Manager brought out from the back for me to play with. I inquired again about the release date and s/he was adamant that it was going to be the 12th. Take it for what it's worth ... tired from my 13 hour day ... goodnight friends and enjoy!

My heart just skipped a beat. :D

On a side note:

Ive seen two of the new samsung GSII commercials today while watching family guy on TBS. They are gonna get in trouble for them lol

Me too. Explorer. To celebrate my parent's 60th birthdays.

We did the Mariner of the seas in the Eastern Med this summer and loved it, you should try to snag an aft cabin. I don't have anything booked yet but I expect an awesome graduation present cruise for all my trouble:D

continued off topic sitcom discussion:
Second best sitcom ever... by a very close margin. Fawlty Towers is tops. And yes, the George character is pure comedy genius. Again though, a very close second to Basil Fawlty. ;)

Sitcom:
I haven't seen it...but I will now since you say it's almost on par with SEINFELD. Off to the video store (no Netflix in Australia:mad:). Im also a huge fan of Frasier btw...

Congrats on that. What degree? I was aero. Can't believe it has been 6 years since I graduated. Doing my masters now.

OT Cruise Talk:
We've done several Carnival cruises, and all of them have been great. A lot of people look down their noses at Carnival as being the "low end", and perhaps we aren't fancy people, but we've enjoyed the heck out of all of them. We've taken one from Port Canaveral (years ago)...I think that one went to Nassau, Freeport & St. Maarten. Cruises are my absolute favorite vacation ever.

Sounds to me like you guys would have a breeze through my math classes..So who wants first dibs on my Discrete Math Structures and Algorithms Final?? First come, first serve!
