Haha, some stores are hearing from their district managers that it was the LTE outage, others are hearing software issue (Wallet anyone). Some stores have stock, some don't. Some reps are showing off phones, some are saying they would get fired for doing so. One DID get fired (for who knows why). We have heard the 12th, the 15th, Saturday, Tomorrow, Not Tomorrow.

The truth is, we have no reason, we have no date, and there is no consistency with any info coming in. There is too much noise to know if there are facts in there or if its all pure speculation. Even Steven got two different answers on two different calls. Shoot, we have even gotten two different answers from the SAME person. Our Source have gone AWOL, and Hanette is being left alone (for good reason).

The one thing we NEED to do, per Early, is be respectful of each other. If you don't like what someone said, just ignore it, PM about it, or report it. Lets not let Verizon cause us to be rude, especially after being here last night, and seeing what we are capable of.

I don't think it was the information per se, just the way it was presented. Honestly, for a bit there I thought it was an attempt at levity in the thread.. imitating Steven's now famous, "Hey, I have info but need to scrub personal info from it before posting. Will do that when I get to work." sort of thing that leaves us all on the edge of our seats.. and then Steven posting about having the pics but needing to run to FedEx? Kinda like icing on the cake.

The new pics corroborate that new phones CAN be activated and that 4G is working on the Nexus at this time. Yes we have seen the phone, but I think that was useful info.

Seriously though, I can't see why they'd so adamantly say there was no release date if they really intended to release tomorrow. It's not like they want to make sure people don't show up- they still want to sell the phone.

It's chilly, but its not windy out. I love standing outside and just starting at Manhattan and the water. My favorite part about working NJ right across from NYC.

None of what has been posted in 70000 posts in this thread is news. It's all rumor and speculation because we still don't have the phone. This thread is basically a fun bachelor party where people are getting pissed because the stripper hasn't shown up, but don't hate on people because someone's news is less "valid" or "confirmed" than another's.
