OT:
Has anyone scored this many points in Fantasy? I think the highest I've ever scored was 175 and I'm getting pretty damn close here.

AND I am losing....Yay

As per Elle's request I am linking to the page for Jambalaya from Last Day Dog Rescue in Lavonia Michigan.

She is adorable.

But I also found my namesake. So I am hoping that someone can help her get adopted. I wish I could but we already have one dog that can't be around others.

It's Lovonia, MI and If I could have dogs in my condo I would adopt her. Instead I have to stick with Kwame cat sleeping on my arm.

Ok so I know this has been discussed previously, but:

Some people have said they don't think Verizon cares about this phone (or at least not nearly as much as the Rezound, RAZR, or iPhone 4S). I don't like to think this is true, but to put it into different wording, what if this isn't exactly on the top of their priority list? What I mean is, it's not that they don't want it or care about it, but they don't think the appeal will be as large as other phones? If they were really trying to push this phone they would entice people into buying it and push it out ASAP instead of telling customers "it is scheduled to be announced soon".

Just my thoughts. I hate to think that Verizon is truly as "evil" as people make them out to be but at this point it makes me wonder what's going on at the corporate level :/

I meant to tell you about your name sake! I met her yesterday, so pretty!

And thanks for posting the link for me! I hope it helps mission. Please pass this on to ANY michiganders or northern OH.

(if you need context, my story is quite a few pages back or you can PM me or anyone who was around this afternoon)

Maybe I am just not the typical user, but I think I'm on the home screen maybe 1% of the time. Even if it was a 99% battery savings on an all black home screen, that's only a 0.99% increase in battery life. Just sayin'...

I'm taking the opportunity to say how I want a theme that has absolutely no white or bright colored backgrounds. If not all at least just for texting.

Doing surveillance or security details we hate to let all know out positions by lighting up our face.

A developer could make some cash with a law enforcement theme app. We would pay, believe me. To know no matter what we do with our phone it would never light us up is warm and fuzzy.....

I have a filter app that suffices for now but something more specialized is needed for all that serve and/or protect.

I don't know, when I went in on Friday to play with the RAZR and Rezound for the first time, I was using the Bionic for 5 minutes before finally realizing it wasn't the RAZR.

The Galaxy Nexus is the most unique looking phone that Verizon has. I think that alone should make some consumers want it.

I am so friggen jealous of every one of the very few people who have gotten a GNex early. I am finally off work tomorrow, I am going to make a few quick efforts to get a BB to "add a sku" and sell me one...

True, and I guess in overall usage, depending on the amount of darks/blacks, this could mean better battery life.

Speaking of, what brightness level do you all use? I tend to use 20% on my Dinc (amoled) screen, unless I'm outside in the sunlight. Then I use 100% (and can still barely see the screen haha).

Image quality suffers noticeably on the GNex at lower brightness settings. Color banding becomes obvious on large fields of lighter color and white balance goes to hell. I think this may be a result of the pentile structure.
