OK. No sweat! They are both great!!! Using Zvb now since icons and colors all match. Even though like you said its not "stock"

thanks man!! and yeah basically lol theres always something new to add or something new i learned :D and since this is the most used theme of mine its my guinnie pig for all my new learnings lol

nah but honestly once i understand things a little better and have a better build env i will get a stable version up and running... everytime i fix one thing, something else breaks or was forgotten about lol but one day.... perfection! :D
 
i am not sure why, but after i flashed this, my battery life went to hell.

im talking like 6 hours of use on an extended battery awful. i typically get 13 hours to a charge, so when i was sitting at work when it flashed up 15% left, with 4 more hours of work left, i knew that was not normal.

odd part was i only flash zvb theme and nothing else.

i restore a backup and will try this again later.

for what its worth, the theme is totally awesome and im missing it already.

the only bug i found is when i change the brightness on my screen using the widget, the icon changes to a stock looking one. the auto brightness is the only themed icon :)

i hope i can get it running without sucking battery because i really love the theme

i think you got a bad DL because im using it now and my battery lasted allllll day while playing music at work.. i jus got home and still have 36% lol if anything battery should be lasting longer...johnzmi am not sure why, but after i flashed this, my battery life went to hell.
 
Back on topic, is anyone experiencing issues (reboots) when going to accounts & sync and selecting the sns entry in trying to add a new account?
I just rooted a phone and installed this on it for hours ago, and after Facebook and Google accounts where done,I can't open the add new SMS account page...

yeah dont use that lol all the stock socail apps were removed so nothing will work properly with that setting... sorry im not sure how to get rid of it.. lol

I find my battery life had decreased as well after installing this ROM. I even calibrated the battery as well and it still seems to be bad?

I am glad to see a new version is coming out. I really like this ROM it looks really great, loving that new screen slide lock as well. Can't wait to have a go at it when things get ironed out. Maybe the battery issue will get resolved in this version :)

wow i love comments like that!!!! thats why i do what i do! :D thank you, this is blowing my mind tho guys...

im running zvc version and my battery is outstanding... if your not on 1.7 than i suggest you get on it lol that is the best version... i have no clue why you guys are getting bad battery life... but you CONNOT compare this kernel to the homeless lol, mine has been up for 9-10 hrs 8 of these hours i was at work listening to music through my phone non-stop!!! and did some web surfing, came on the forum answered some questions blah blah blah and my battery is still about 30%... i mean, if you guys consider that bad... i think you need to lower your expectations on this device lol

this is not specified to you, its everyone :D im guessing a bad DL or your abusing your web browsing privilages lol

(sorry if this sounded rude im just trying to be funny... got a f'd up sense of humor :D)
 
is there a kernal in the theme only flash? i restored a backup and i ran it yesterday and today i am going to run it as well to get a good idea on battery. tonight i am going to put the theme back on and see how it works out tomorrow. ill let you know

I have ZVB, can i install ZVC if my phone is still ZVB? Probably not right? I am running your 1.4 ZVB ROM

I also seem to.have some issue with receiving some calls in this ROM as well? I just thought i would let you know about that :)

Yes it works so far. I'm testing this on zvd. redhook convinced me so here iam again testing to see lol if i get one reboot doing nothing outta the blue I'm going back to b lol


ps love the lock screen. some menus are black needs fixing but nice work Idrifta
