No I can send both through stock text app I just want to use third party apps due to the ability to customize them and I H8 the white plain background on the Stock SMS

ok guys, use this update: v.1.1.21
MMS will work, you still need to change the mmsc server in hidden menu. after that you are golden.
took me a while but ive been trying tons of different ways to get it to work and this way is the easiest so far.
flash this, you can do it on top of the other one because it only changes the a framework-res file so you wont lose anything.

I have v1.1 still what would I need to do to flash over to 1.1.21?

Has anyone else had this error with GO SMS after sending a MMS you exit the message then once going back and trying to open the message you see this:
*EDIT: No error with MMS in GO SMS anymore and sending/receiving MMS are currently working again..*

just flash the zip from recovery and you should be good, you shouldnt have to factory reset

No need to uninstall Swype Beta either?
And do you think this will fix that error with GO SMS, even though it was an issue before your ROM?

Installing now... will edit after I check it out.. did you have a chance to fix bluetooth pc connections in the updated ROM?yeah, uninstall swype beta.
about the go sms. theres only one way to find out

that issue i have not fixed yet. thats next. bluetooth actually works, it just wont bring up the bluetooth pair passcode until u turn bluetooth off.

Well that didn't go well insalling v1.1 again. It wouldn't boot past the bootani ... didn't seem to loop, as the music didn't start playing over and over but i waited over 5 minutes and it never booted..

just pull the battery and turn it back on. if that doesnt work you need to factory reset in order for it to work then re-flash it

Well I had some work to take care of but now that I am home, I did re-flash the new ROM.. I had time to wait this time so I gave it longer than 5 minutes.. took 7 but finally booted. I am guessing first initial boot takes a bit longer. ALSO!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR FIXING MMS!! I no longer get that error with GO SMS after sending and trying to reopen the message, and it sends mms now after the v.1.1.21 + MMSC change! Btw.. Digging the new drop down notification w/o branding and the ICS style to everything. Was going to ask if there was a way to edit settings menu's to have color like the Samsung Galaxy S2? Hopefully the lock screen branding will be gone at some point as well. Thanks again for everything!

After testing with people I discovered that I have the same MMS issue it will even say that it was sent but it's not going through on their end.

I noticed after I flashed MB v1.1.21 and followed his post about LogCat and getting the msl and changing MMSC and editing my settings in GO SMS I can now send a MMS to myself and I receive it.. I was having an issue but I had User Agent filled manually as well as User Profile. I unchecked those and it worked...

I did exactly as you said and it's still not working for me for some odd reason..... am I doing something wrong?
EDIT:Getting the Message Expired or Not Available message when sending through GOSMS after the fixes.

I was receiving that error as well then noticed it was extra settings I had set in MMS Settings in GO. I am not sure now that I think about it how GO settings changed stock MMS settings but, All I know is I got that same error until I unchecked Manual for User Agent and User Profile URL.. I did reboot after but, I couldn't tell you why it worked for me and not you guys...

just installed the update. it gave me the same issue as u guys i downloaded go changed the settings than uninstalled go mms went to dial pad entered ##3282# went to mmsc edit and changed it to http://mm.myboostmobile.com and bamb it worked

Glad it worked for ya.. I am not sure why ours seem to work and others aren't..

Go mms now works but not stock, but I can deal with that

Has anyone else tried to run the 3g booster script with the new rom? I tried to run it and got lots of errors and the script wouldnt work. It really helped boost my 3g speed and I wonder if its my phone or the new rom.
