so you flashed then reboot then went back to recovery screen or went to android and sat there cause if u get to the android screen not 1 sec recovery one then just let it sit for a little bit it might boot it just has move files around and stuff its not like CTmod where it says kouma 2.5 when boots cm7 based roms say android then boots

If you want to partition your card its easy with CWM. You really should if you want more than a few apps on your phone.

Save files you want to keep on your computer

Get into CWM
Plug phone into computer
scroll down to mounts and storage-- select (right side of phone)
scroll down to mount USB storage-- select
your computer will now show your sdcard-- save files
select unmount
use back button on phone

partition
scroll to advanced
Partition SD Card
Pick which size you want the partition to be (2048 or other)
pick 0 for swap

go back and mount sd card again to put your files back on
unmount

Wipe Cashe
advanced--wipe Dalvik cashe

Now you can Install Rom

Done

I had accidently let it air for almost 3hrs.
Started playing combat arms.
The screen buttons were on but I had a black screen.
So I restarted n I had android cwm again.

On my brother in laws.
I can try it On Mine.
Also can you upload to another one? Media fire? Or other?

This ROM looks awesome! I'm about to download now. Does this ROM have Gtalk app installed? I am about to switch from CTmod 3.6 to your ROM and I was just wondering because the CTmod did not have Gtalk and I was unable to install it.

I did not see any comment about MMS issues so I guess MMS works. Once again great looking ROM.

so im no partitioned here.
i came from CTmod 3.6
i installed both before and after (the kato kernel no SD-ext)
i installed without erasing caches
i also tried erasing caches..

is this an Ej06 based rom or FA19 only?

I myself am about to switch from CTmod 3.6 .... Did you get it to work? Is there anything special I have to do?

Thanks

So far, it did not work for me Kris is trying to help me out...
I did a mini log and all known methods failed.
Try following the instructions and just flash over what you got.

Hopefully it does install for you.

Thanks I will try that later. Do I need a specific app to partition my 2gb (i don't know the class) SD card, I never did the partition before.

Also does this rom have gtalk (google talk) already installed?

Thanks

Wait... 3 times without booting? Or after each reboot into CWM?

Thanks I followed your instructions and i have your rom up and running.

I just need to find away to get Gtalk installed.

Thanks again

I am fairly new to this but I did the resetting 3 times without booting, then i wiped cache partition in cwm 3 times and then went directly into advanced and wiped devlik 3 times and then went directly to install the rom ... i personally didnt boot

Could it be that people who are having problems installing the rom have their partitions in ext3 instead of ext4?

I'm amazed at how similar this mod looks to the iphone. It's almost creepy! Though I guess it's great for people whom want to have an iPhone but have an Android instead.
