I'm not completely sure how recoveries work, but they can effect a ROM install, CWM does not fail to do nandroid backups and GNM will not work with ROM Manager, only CWM does.
 
rom working great just installed trying to test my mms but keep getting a camera issue. keeps saying cannot connect to camera??

well i test the mms using gmail a pic i sent to there so mms does work. so the only issue is the camera problem any ideas? please and thanks

Just reboot. Should fix camera till it force closes again.
 
i reboot. it now opens up but once i click to take the pic it freezes? any way to fix this?

also focre closes when trying to view device settings... but the camera is really all i care about

Device settings are not going to work for anyone, the camera also sometimes freezes for me, I will try to find a fix, it may just need a different kernel.
 
another thing i was wonder i changed the setting so it shows the percentage of the battery in the setting but i see it doesnt change?

Yea I was wondering g that also, along with the custom carrier text, and a few other things didn't seem to work, looks like they were just settings from cyanogenmod.
 
The reason we don't like to post direct download links is two fold:
1. The original poster of the info gets no credit or thanks (this is all they usually get for there hard work).
2. You don't know where the download came from and if it's safe.

Somethings only have a direct download as their original post was deleted do to poster moving to another phone and abandoning their work,but the app/utility is still very good and useful. This is acceptable as long as it's verified that it is safe.

If their is still an original post with a good download link we should try to use this first.

Can you take the direct download link out of your quote for when he does remove it?
 
ok i'm trying this rom out so far it seems nice but weird feeling.i also notice i can't install titanium back i keep getting the not install message.??and also weather widget toggler/weather forcast.??also Sense Analog Clock Widget.
keeps saying error package file is invalid. also when you download themes do the language change
cause the ones i see and in foreing languange.sorry for the so many issues/questions

themes won't be in another language....but stuff that is already in another language will not be changed to english, nor will anything in english be changed to japanese (I think it's japanese...)

Use "es file explorer" or "root explorer" this goes for ALL roms

ok that work for market. i still can't install either history eraser or titanium back up.but other wise roms seems ok
