There is some talk about the new JB bootloader. However, I don't think it is a requisite for flashing 2.3. I would advise all to read the rootz forum on this topic
 
Well I just flashed both the new boot loader and 2.3. Not much of a noticeable difference...however I'm very pleased to report that the included DSP now works!
 
I hate to say it...but my WiFi isn't connecting :( its saying my WiFi is good strength and its seeing it just fine but it just says "obtaining IP address" and never connects

Same here. Look at my post a few posts back. Another guy on rootz also is saying the same thing.
 
Great. Thought we'd gotten past that!! Don't touch what's not broken? Lol are we thinking there will be a 2.4 or should I flash a WiFi fix?
 
Guess I am waiting on this one...leaving to go camping in an hour...would have had time to flash but need both WiFi and tether for the kids tablet and the car ride...will check again when I return tomorrow evening...(prolly 2.8 or something by then, right??)
