Figured out the toggle color issue. It turns true blue when its actually in process of being used. Otherwise it looks like a purplish color.

I have deleted the SystemUI.apk file and still have issues with the sticking notification toggles. I have figured out that if you check the airplane mode, reboot, then un-check airplane mode, the notification toggle will work. That is.... Until next reboot.something to try for people with a notification toggles/quickpanel settings not sticking issue, navigate to /data/local and delete SystemUI.apk if it's there, reboot.
I don't know if that is the cause of any of our issues, but I noticed it was there and thought it might help to clear that out.
If that's the issue, we might want to disable zipalign because that's what would put the apk there...

I also noticed that when the notification toggles don't work/stick, everything in the Settings will also be stuck.
I have tried every option that has been posted throughout this forum and still get the same results. I have read this entire Forum in its entirety. From what I have gathered from this forum, it seems like only a couple people are having this issue.
Overall, This ROM is amazing. I love the performance increases as well as the awesome battery life. It also is a damn good looking ROM! I proudly show it off when I can despite the toggle bug. My friends are Jelly![]()
did you try flashing the remove loopysmoothness zip I posted in post three? if you haven't try that. I am thinking it has to be that or zipalign causing issues, you can just navigate to /system/etc/init.d2 and delete those two scripts, reboot into recovery and advanced wipe dalvik and reboot.
I will keep digging, it's an intermittant one, I think it's got to be a script firing at just the wrong second or something.
