Root [Boost Mobile] [ROM] n00b (B10 based) VIII.II FULL Install 1/23/2013

Figured out the toggle color issue. It turns true blue when its actually in process of being used. Otherwise it looks like a purplish color.

Well I only changed the color of the toggles when they are on when they are off they.are the same color as a stock n00b V.I

Mine are grey then change to purple when they get turned on. The only blue I see is the WiFi icon but the underline is purple like everything else

Oc and swap on Wi-Fi. Picture speaks louder than a thousand words.

How do I fix my wifi problem as I stated in my previous post

Have you confirmed this is an issue on multiple wifi's or just one? if it's just one, I would recommend resetting your router, sometimes routers don't like it when you flash a new ROM, just my personal experience, if it's multiple wifi networks you are having issues with I would reflash clean using the troubleshooting steps in post three because n00b works great with wifi. I am assuming here you have the kernel that came with the ROM and not something else and have tried this on multiple wifi networks.

You could also try a wipe cache and advanced wipe dalvik first in cwm and try deleting /data/local/SystemUI.apk, then reboot twice and see if you have any more luck before doing a full clean install.

for the battery question, it's hard to be objective, I charged mine yesterday and with light use it can last easily 24 hours (it slept when I did), I used navigation only for a little while and have poor reception for a lot of the day so it was searching for signal a lot.

For the one or two of you who have battery drain, can you post a screenshot from settings/applications/battery usage please?

(hint, to post a pic, upload it to dropbox and use the image feature on the forum or post the hyperlink to the picture between these tags:

coming very soon screenshot from the power menu thanks to chev, it will probably get posted to wp7 first since he came up with the port, I don't want to steel his thunder but it's working on my rom at the moment for the next update :)

Awesome!! I just spent hours looking for a good free one to use the other day. I don't like it either.:(

something to try for people with a notification toggles/quickpanel settings not sticking issue, navigate to /data/local and delete SystemUI.apk if it's there, reboot.

I don't know if that is the cause of any of our issues, but I noticed it was there and thought it might help to clear that out.

If that's the issue, we might want to disable zipalign because that's what would put the apk there...
I have deleted the SystemUI.apk file and still have issues with the sticking notification toggles. I have figured out that if you check the airplane mode, reboot, then un-check airplane mode, the notification toggle will work. That is.... Until next reboot.

I also noticed that when the notification toggles don't work/stick, everything in the Settings will also be stuck.

I have tried every option that has been posted throughout this forum and still get the same results. I have read this entire Forum in its entirety. From what I have gathered from this forum, it seems like only a couple people are having this issue.

Overall, This ROM is amazing. I love the performance increases as well as the awesome battery life. It also is a damn good looking ROM! I proudly show it off when I can despite the toggle bug. My friends are Jelly ;)

did you try flashing the remove loopysmoothness zip I posted in post three? if you haven't try that. I am thinking it has to be that or zipalign causing issues, you can just navigate to /system/etc/init.d2 and delete those two scripts, reboot into recovery and advanced wipe dalvik and reboot.

I will keep digging, it's an intermittant one, I think it's got to be a script firing at just the wrong second or something.

I have removed each script one at a time, wiped the caches, and did multiple reboots as well as power downs... Still no luck. I even removed readahead as well as the swap script.

It kind of seems like there is a communication glitch/issue between Settings and the Notification Toggles. I am stumped as to what could be causing it.

I also appreciated your fast response to my problem Mr. Bobo. You surely care about your ROM users. I will probably reflash my Warp again with your ROM and the Update and restart the process. Just hoping it isn't an actual fault with my Warp.
