Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

So I went into my Storage menu to see how much free space I had; to my surprise, the largest chunk was not taken up by apps. Instead, the largest portion was taken up by the last section, "Misc." I was surprised to see an 8+ GB file simply called "clockworkmod" - have no idea if I actually need this. Seems like something that I could delete. Any thoughts?

Can you locate that folder in a file explorer to investigate its contents? I have a hunch that it has something to do with nandroid backups.

That's a good idea, thanks. I'm going to run a search in Root Explorer and go to sleep, will post results in the morning!

EDIT: Search finished, found it. Opened the folder, found several large backups. Looks like you were spot on jmar! I'll go ahead and delete it, don't need backups from an old Android version.

Glad to help. I miss your RSRSS BTW! Just sayin'.

Morning all....
First actual sleep last night in over 2 weeks. Has not been the best weeks of my life, but I know it will all help me soon, right?

Trying to get a new machine with Win8 set up, gotta install the SDK and drivers, need to do some backing up and TWRP upgrading...finally finished building out this PC with SSD and new video card, and the water cooling...hoping to play some games soon. Been so out of it the last couple of weeks, not functioning very well.

Anyways, just stopping in to say good morning!! Happy Thursday!

Good morning everyone!

So today starts what I find is my favorite sporting event. The Masters. Pretty much my production at work is going to plummet from 2 PM on the next couple days. :p

Hoping this is the last spring we will have to endure without a basement! Our house is under contract to sell and we hopefully will have enough to start building when we close :) Spring storms and the April 27th tornados of a couple of years ago are the NUMBER 1 reason we are selling and building.

We had some awesome storms last night. The lightning streaks were so vivid.

Congrats on the house being under contract geek.

Grr, just dropped my phone on the road during my lunch time walk and my screen is smashed. :(

First time I've ever done that.

Dropping phones and picking them up and finding out that it's shattered is probably the worst feeling ever. Maybe the second. I never drop my phone.

Welp. Not gonna lie. I'm back at work and it's been rough, because I have depleted energy. Not been on much, because I'm just trying to get by daily. I hope never to nearly die again. Just to die and get it over with. Nearly dying is too hard. :p

Ouch! I share your pain, brother. :(

I never drop my phone.

I remember being told that by a lass when she collected her shiny new IP5 the day after it was released here. Five minutes later she walked out of the store, waved it excitedly to her waiting friends.... and threw it onto the pavement. There were tears, I can assure you. :)
