I'm convinced this is the OTA. Every problem I had with leak 1 and 2 has been fixed.

OTD, do you know why Swype doesn't work on this version? I downloaded it but won't flash my phone until I know that I can get swype to work...

just finished the update and it was super fast! dosen't look very different but so far i haven't had any bugs at all

I sure hope this isn't the final release. I was expecting the 2.1 OTA to do a lot more than this, like bring my parents back.

Swype lite is working fine for me with V3. I'm actually using the one that shoebox modded.

I'm using Swype on 2.1v2, I'm assuming it will work on v3. The one I'm using is:

Sorry, I'm not a swype user. I don't see why someone wouldn't be able to load it from a backup file. I believe gruss is using swype on this version, you may want to ask him what he has and how he is able to use it.

This question is for anyone who understands echo (sidetone). I am wondering if it is still off in this version. Verizon is not giving me any information and has informed me that if I do the OTA and loose the echo that I require I will be SOL.
(without being rude, if you do not know what I am referring to, that is ok, no need to ask me to explain. Those who do understand will hopefully let me know).

theres a QR code. scan it with your phone and it will download

I don't think it has been on any of the 2.1 leaks. I have not heard or noticed it in this version with the 4 calls I've made. Sorry.

the 3d nexus gallery i posted on here had a little bug going from portrait to landscape and back. is that what your talkig about? i havnt had time to put my pictures back on and check

If all my contacts are stored in Gmail, do I still need to be concerned with backing them up? I'm totally fine with a fresh start if that's the only need to backup.

Gallery, ported from the n1 and droid. It works in landscape as it should now. It transitions from portrait to landscape without a problem.
