Could care less if that's what it does. You guys know there are excellent apps that can transfer files to/from your phone over with? Never need to plug phone into cpu. I use Wi-Fi File Transfer PRO, myself. And I don't plug phones in to charge them, that's what the removable battery is for. But for you plug in chargerers and plug in file transferers, this is probably pretty nice to have.

Thanks man. I just don't want us forgetting about that later when the other variants roll out. Would hate to see somebody hastily and perhaps errantly use that partition table for a recovery flashing decision.

Granted that's assuming the worst, but I'm a fan of the safe side. :)

Yes, having used Android a little bit for a little while, I'm aware of and often use various wifi data transfer methods such as an ftp server, WebDAV, AirDroid, wireless adb, SMB/LAN and so forth.

Wired is simply faster.

And if you don't use USB for transfers or charging in the first place, then it's possible that your question that I politely answered was just for your future reference.

Yeah, me neither. The strangest thing about it is the User Agents initially had 32/3, but then the updated screenshots had 16/2, which is why I'm hoping that Sprint is smart enough to offer both. If they are banking on the fact that people bought the S5 w/ the 16/2, I think selling the G3 based on the same premise will lose potential sales for them (as much nicer a form factor it is with a much bigger screen, as the G3 is, people will still lean towards the "familiar"). Offering the 32/3 G3 would increase the marketability of selling the G3, despite the slightly bigger form factor. Oh, Sprint...if they weren't the only provider to get strong coverage at my house, I'd have left a long time ago.

No, you are absolutely correct. We don't want the wrong info, especially regarding root. I was just too excited.

Having said that, I am about 85% sure it will work for the US versions as well.

I loved the comment over there that called the 801 at 2.3 GHz, "skimping on the processor." :rofl:

Outside of benchmarks and the most demanding games, that's going to be impossible to notice.

1287. 8 and 7 is 15 minus 12=3 as in G3. Hidden code from Steven. He's going to join us in getting the G3.
 
Until we see actual model specs from the carriers, stay frosty. I stick with my cynical view until a spec is posted by Verizon (as example) to refute. :)

You and I both know you're not going to stop there. ;) :)

After Verizon publishes a spec, you're going to call them to confirm, and after you have your 3/32, you're going to profile it to see what's real.

Which, don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking that.

I'm just saying. :p ;)

I had HTC Touch Pro 2, I liked the beast, made it dual-boot Windows CE/Android phone. Sold it for peanuts after I left Sprint.

I will take your haiku and raise with my haiku.
