Root [ROM] Bugless Beast V1.1

It is...But it is more than that. Fab does some other changes to it that he thinks people will like...
 
EDIT- Im going to install this now and then install NexBeast over it like i did for V1.0 =] im stoked for all this stuff. Good Job Pete

Nono, sorry my bad. Did not explain it as I should have.

Im going to install NexBeast (when Fab releases it) for BB v1.1 when it becomes available over this ROM, v1.1
 
renamed it update.zip and flashed it on top of BB v1 and everything runs smooth.. kind of confused on the media uploader app.. nowhere to be found

Yeah, same here, I decided to wipe cache and all that good stuff, maybe itll show up, if not at least I backed up
 
I dont think the Bugless Beast v1.1 in ROM Manager is..complete? Cause I am missing A LOT of things that are listen in the changelog and the features up above.. im going to load it from ClockWork Recovery. .. be back in bit
 
When I went from CM 5.0.6.2 to BB V1, it synced all my apps to BB V1, and when I tried out CM 5.0.7 it also synced all my apps as well (Keep in mind i did complete wipes everytime i jumped roms). But when I installed BB V1.1 it didnt sync all my apps back...anyone else run into this issue?
 
Restoring NexBeast.. too tired to continue for tonight. All I know is that the BB v1.1 in ROM Manager is coming out short for me, and then doing it from recovery isnt working so well either. Maybe ill just wait for NexBeast v1.1 lol. Night all.
 
Sweet! I too just got Cyanogen up and running and it is the best CM release to date (5.0.7.1). Having said that, CM gives you some really nice features...but BB has become SO fast since 1.0 and Fab's touches just make it perfect for my taste. I will run CM for a few before I make the switch but I'm already looking forward to putting NexBeast on my phone ;)

Ok, so the complete opposite of what I said yesterday, how does this BBeast compare to the new CM. Man, it's hard to keep up! lol There are certainly worse problems to have. :cool:
 
I too just installed CM .7 less than 24 hours ago but it's too slow for me.

this is a great update Pete...so far no problems, and blazing fast.

Installed BB v1.1 this morning around 4am EST. Been playing with it ever since.

Literally flawless.

Pete is the MAN.
 
Now I know what Im doing when I get off today lol. Just got settled in with BB 1.0 and everything to lol. I shouldnt have to wipe cache if I'm just updating the same rom do I?

technically no, even though it is goo practice to do so. just make sure you do a full nandroid backup so if you run into problems you can restore to your previous state. ;)
 
I've only been rooted for a couple of weeks now and running BB 1.0 with the smoked glass theme since I rooted, and I love it! Now, version 1.1 is supposed to do what - add froyo features? Just trying to figure this all out... sorry if it's a stupid question all!
 
SON OF A......... What to do??? From NexBeast to CM 5.0.7 Genesis Theme to .....? Just when you get one up and running just the way you want it, something else starts calling you name.

download V1.1 and install it.. download the new link for smoked glass and install it. download your kernal of choice and install it...

Then you have all your settings, apps and stuff and your on 1.1
