I have a faint line that runs through the entire camera screen. It happens in the stock camera app, video Camera, and Instagram. Anybody else have this issue

The phone has not even been activated. Should I wait for the OTA or flash Jelly Bean. I've not messed Round with root since my Droid X. Should this be a piece of cake being that I'm not worried about losing anything?

I know it's severely outdated, but I do like the widgets. I'm getting a serious screen lag after opening the screen. It will be unresponsive for roughly 15 senconds.... Is anyone else experiencing this? I think It may be time to call it quits on LP+
