So I'm S-OFF, Stock and running the latest OTA update. I was wondering how to go about rooting right now. I can't flash superuser without TWRP and I can't flash TWRP without Root. So you guys see my predicament. Can anyone help?

So I am rooted with s-on and also have twrp and would like to flash the miui ROM but would that brick me? I'm new to this s-on off stuff and would love clarification. I would pursue s off but the only tutorials I've seen require ubuntu. Basically how do I go about custom roms and such with s-on ?

I've been having issues with miui and lag for awhile. So I'm figuring that I might have to over clock. Can someone recommend speeds?

Anyone notice that when you set the phone to vibrate mode, the phone doesn't vibrate upon receiving texts? It's the only setting I use for notifications so it's kind of a necessity. Help?
