I've had the "doesn't ring issue for quite sometime and me nor Sprint can figure it out, but my phone just recently started turning off by itself for no apparent reason. Yes my battery was replaced by Sprint and this happens with a full charge. Any help would be appreciated.

Why do my picture in the Gallery app not fit the screen? When I view my pics in standard or landscape mode, there are black bars on the sides. In order to get rid of them I have to double tap the screen but it cuts off some of the picture.

As of Monday I have not been able to retrive my Verizon email from my phone. I can get to my email homepage but when I tap the "Unread Email" button it just loads a blank page. Is this a HTC problem or a Verizon one.
