I tried to use a USB stick with my LG G4 but it asks me if i want to format it. The usb stick i'm using is formatted as NTSF which is what most HDD's are formatted as. is there a special format to be used when attaching to the phone?

just updated to ICS and needed to create all my folders again which is annoying BUT am wondering if its possible to somehow reorder the icons in each folder so its alphabetical for example? and i refer to the folders (that i created) inside where all the apps are.
