Been running liberty sense it dropped. I got a error when opening the toolbox "this app is for liberty, please install the latest version of liberty. This app will now close." I'm sorry did I miss the drop of 1.5? I have done the following, deleted app and reinstalled, and I was able to use it...

seems like a stupid question but I find nice wallpapers I want, I put them in my gallery folder go to use a image and it makes me rescale it. I guess what I am asking is can you take a image and add it to the phones wallpaper folder?
