anybody realize internet speed decrease significantly with a custom rom? i loaded darthstalker v4 and my internet speeds went down the drain im barely pulling 10mbps lte but i always use hspda n im barely getting 1mbps i used to get 35 on lte and like at least 8 on hspda

guys i bought a screen+digitizer from ebay but they were lying it only came with buttons for back and menu. now i removed the glass and what i think is the digitizer and cant find digitizer online? the digitizer is thay dark film? any help would be appreciated. its the galaxy s3 r530 metro pcs
