It was a good game and congrats. The Chiefs need to figure out how to eliminate all of the turnovers. When your defense is suspect, you best be hitting on all cylinders with your offense. So far they are way too loose with the ball. I really do think you have a great future with Herbert. He is the real deal.
The Rams are good this year. I thought they had a legitimate chance to beat TB but dominating that game was a surprise.

It's going to be a very long season for my Steelers...

i would say that all of the games that have been shown here in LA has been great. that Monday night game showcasing two young QB was great. i was kind of down on myself when i drafted Burrows as my QB on my fantasy team. but he has so far been great and has kept in games thru the first 3 weeks. i hope he can continue with his impressive run.

it sucks that i have to wait til monday for my Chargers to compete against the Raiders. it should be a really good game.....my guess would be Chargers 31 Raiders 24.
 
I'm not a fan of the Chargers or Raiders as I'm sure you understand ( me being a Chiefs fan) But I hope you are right. I've never liked the Raiders or the ownership or the fans. The cheerleaders are ok. :)

been that way since Al Davis did Marcus Allen wrong by treating him so poorly he left for free agency. As a kid i loved him the most and was hurt when he left to the Chiefs. and will always hate the Raiders for it.

and yes their fans can be nuts. I would not be surprised if SoFi stadium is filled to the brim with silver and black. i know for sure the Chargers will not have home field advantage even though they are playing at home.

i think Herbert is going to score big. it will all matter on how disciplined we will be. Penalties have killed us so far.
 
soooo i missed a good MNF cuz i was biting my nails out watching my boys in blue lose 1-0 to the giants. looks like i missed a really good game.

i am really surprised how on well my Chargers are playing. i am so used to them miss the opportunities given to them and lose.

next up for the Chargers.....Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens.....bring it on. who needs defense we just need to outshoot them like we did with the Browns.
 
The Colts held Lamar and Co to 3 at the half. Their D was tired in the second half and gave Lamar all the time he needed to shred them. Pressure on Lamar and your O firing on all cylinders is the key to a victory. Good luck.

i just wish Mahomes would play like Mahomes. i have him on my fantasy football team and he has let me down this year so far. i hope he can turn it around soon.

Some of it is lack of O line. But there is something else wrong too. I can't put my finger on it. It's like someone forgot to turn on the magic. They play tired. Routes are not sharp. They can't hang onto the ball.
It's not that they aren't trying to win, it's like they haven't gelled as a team. The all for one and one for all seems to be missing. No chemistry. I hope they can right the ship but I don't think anyone knows how to get all of the good pieces to fit together.
 
I had Dallas picked to win yesterday. They looked less than inspired for sure. My pics were way off yesterday. Cincy, Saints, Raiders, Bills, 9ners, and Rams along with Dallas were my bad picks. Not a banner day. Flipping a coin would yield better results. :)
 
I like Fields because he came out of The Ohio State, and he can't even make the Bears look good........ I know you all remember when the Bears struck fear in every team they played back in the day..... they need those Bears back.
 
Fields played a good game last night. If not for penalties, I think the Bears would have won that game. I was left with the impression that the Steelers were gifted that game.

i agree with what you are saying, way to many penalties can and have lost plenty of teams games.
 
Lining up off sides twice in the 4th quarter comes to mind. C'mon man! I thought the taunting call was a bad call. Ref threw the flag only when he was accidentally bumped. Roughing Ben was questionable.
Home field advantage I guess. I wanted and the Steelers needed the W but... It's in the books now.
 
It was a BS call IMO. Flag was for taunting... he walked a few steps towards the Steeler's bench. I have no idea if he was shouting at them or what. I didn't see a flag worthy offense there and it came at a crucial time. I'm glad.. don't get me wrong. :)
