Amazon App Store Thread - Daily Free Apps

It's been reported that The Easter Update for Angry Birds Seasons is available at the Marketplace. I wonder how long it will take for Amazon to get the update?

I bought Seasons for .99 ad free at Amazon before it was app of the day so I am waiting for the Easter update, hey Amazon I want my bunny ears like before Easter? :D

It was like a day or two late for the SoundHound update. I'd imagine somewhere in that time frame.
 
Is it just me, or have the free paid apps on Amazon really sucked lately?
 
Hi all

I have been away from the app scene for a few months but my desire is looking tired so I decided I would pop back on here. I am ready for some new games, the latest I have is the original angry birds. While looking, I found that amazon now have an app store. from first impressions, it seems that it has exactly the same apps as android market? Also it doesnt seem to be available in the UK?

Agreed. Though I have been expecting (and hoping for) the moron test full version. I got such a kick out of the free one! Of course, it's certainly not something I was willing to buy for 30mins of entertainment.

Lots of 1 star FC ratings, but I didn't have any problems running it. It is fun but short.
 
So I got the Easter update from Amazon last night for Angry Birds Season and it downloaded and installed fine. I originally bought Seasons for .99 ad free. So tonight I opened the app store and it said Season had 1 app to update, so I did it again. It's playing fine, no ads.

So why did I get 2 updates for this within 1 day of each other. I've been seeing negative feedback on amazon for people getting ads from this update but I have not seen any ads, I just got 2 updates though.

Anybody get 2 updates for this?

Question if i delete one of the apps i downloaded from Amazon's app of the day, can i still redownload it for free? I think one of the apps is causing my phone to reboot.

I'm not trying too sound like a dick, but this was asked not too long ago if you would have read back a bit.

And to answer your question, yes you can download it again for free. On your phone press Menu > My Apps, and tap the third tab - it says All. Find the app and press Install.
