other than that, the games I've downloaded are pretty graphics intensive, but have very little tasks running at the same time. I also went into the developer options and turned on the auto kill option. it makes it so that after you go back to your home screen from an app, it auto kills that app so it's not running in the background, essentially turning the multitasking off, but I don't ever really do that anyway with my phone. If I need to look something up, I either just use my computer, or I save the game, close it, look up what i need to, then go back to my game.

that app kill option was the main thing that saved my battery, basically if i'm just on my home screen, it's just the base system files running.

I have the facebook app as well as Pandora. I only use Pandora when I'm at home though. I don't really use the facebook app.
 
The Facebook app will drain pretty bad just by having it installed on your phone. I'm lame and just use the browser when I'm away from home lol.
 
Would someone please help me I keep getting signature verification failed. I've been reading through trying to figure it out but my girl friend keeps harrassing me about spending to much time on it lol

try turning signature verification off in cwm recovery before flashing

in cwm recovery, when you are about to flash the rom, you go to install zip from sd, and on the page you arrive at one of the options is toggle signature verification. try that :)

dalvik is under the advanced menu
 
I think my issue might be with cwm. It says I have 5xxx not the new 6 one and every time I try to update it. It gets stuck on flashing recovery. Should I try just reinstalling rom manager

don't use rom manager to flash recovery, and you need the newest cwm. The one you are using is either not functional or not for the warp sequent.

use junkie2100's AIO tool to flash your recovery.
 
I'm using the free version so I can't use advanced options. I'll try junkies and if it don't work I guess I'll just buy rom manager

DO NOT USE ROM MANAGER!!!! You have been warned ;)

edit: to clarify, Rom Manager is not bad, but it is bad for our phone for whatever reason. Junkies's tool will work for you.
 
Ok I am really new to this and feeling a little dumb at the moment. I have a zte warp and I would like to know if it will support jellybean? If so what do I need to do to update the os and how do I do it? I can do just about anything technical given the instructions. I just have no clue what to do or where to start. Phone is not rooted. Can any one give me step by step to do what needs to be done to accomplish this?

you are in the warp sequent thread, not sure if that's what you have or if you have a warp. They are 2 different phones.
 
Is anyone else having issues seeing the text in the sms screen? The black background under the black text makes it hard to read. Any ideas on how to fix this on my end?
 
Just came across a small issue earlier today. I tried sending a video via text to a friend of mine, and it just sent the thumbnail, tried it with a couple other videos and it still just sent the thumbnail. any solutions?
