You, sir, are awesome.

I added the ability to set your notification dropdown's background color to whatever you like. You can leave it the default themed image, set a color with transparency support, or have it fully transparent.

Using these settings may override theme settings, needs testing. ;)

Hi all, I downloaded the current build (1.3.12 and the latest version of Quicksilver- great theme by the way) and I am using the theme pack recommended to use with Quicksilver to make the icons gray and flat. In previous builds and with the previous builds of the Quicksilver theme, the unlock pattern cirlces have shown up as normal. However, now, they show up as flat and gray (as if the icon theme pack that was recommended for use with Quicksilver decided to take over). Any ideas on what might cause this? They are just a single color gray circle- nothing else. They still work, it just isn't how it has been and really doesn't look aesthetically pleasing.

Also, while I am on the subject of Quicksilver, is there a way to make the gray bar up top to have a little more depth to it? The gmail icon showing that I have mail is really hard to see and was especially hard to see when I had the same background that was shown in the screenshots. It is also hard to see the clock (it is in white) on the gray background when the gmail app is open.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions and for making nice themes.

You know, I've never tested the lock pattern issue, but I have noticed the status bar transparency bug. I went too far with transparency settings, and I'm already doing something about it in the next build. I will have a look at the lock pattern issue, I never use it myself so probably missed it in testing. Thanks for the feedback, it helps my themes improve.

Heads up, I think I got my logic backwards on the changes to the status bar background settings in the 0109 build. Setting to Theme and applying my GreenMachineTheme gives you a transparent status bar, while setting to ROM gives you the GreenMachineTheme's status bar background image, that's backwards. Sorry, will fix in next build, just use the opposite of what you normally would for now. ;)

Thanks for the headache up Jerry! Don't know when I'll get to flash it, as my wifi just stopped working on my phone and my laptop is still ailing :/ Hope to have the lappy up and running Linux soooon tho!

Kitchen is slow tonight, but the update for Quicksilver is cooking. Also, I've been inspired. I'm going to do up a pastel theme (somebody requested it, after all) but wasn't sure how I wanted it to look. Well, now I know, so there will be a new theme shortly....

Oh no that sucks. Linux is easy to get going though.

I sure hope so! I've been reading up on Mint and it looks *awesome*! I had to order an install dvd from ebay tho, since I had no way to make one (long frustrating story that's posted elsewhere) and i'm practically counting the hours till it gets here.

Here is my theme for the 1-10 build. Note, this is NOT for the 1-9 build. Its some of the stuff I preferred from the other themes I've tried. Credit goes to all the themers in the OP of this thread. Thanks for the inspiration and help.

OK all you Themers. Now that we have working charging-while-powered-off thanks to tdm, I'm looking for suggestions for the first bootanimation to replace VM's. ;)

Hey Jerry I'm still using the 12/21 build but was wondering if the new build or any build coming in the future would allow for color changing of battery percentage and signals like it does for the clock already? Also, if there would be a choice for a gradient notification bar (just black or color choice)? Personally for me just these choices alone would be good enough, without extra theming. Just to clarify I'm not whining at all, just wondering. Thanks..:)

The icons are a bit trickier to change, as they are resources built into the ROM, and not stand alone images. I am researching ways to change them outside of themes, but no promises for now.

Gradients may be possible as well, though that is mostly handled via prebuilt images in order to cut down on processing needs at run time. One idea that could work would be to include gradients with a single color, and the other color being transparent. Then you could set the background color, and it would bleed through the gradient image. With a few basic colors set to a transparent gradient in images, you could have virtually unlimited choices. Once again, no promises, I'm kinda thinking out loud here. ;)

Quicksilver has been updated. Note, bootanimations are nerfed in the current build (always have VM stock) due to changes made to enable powered off charging. I'm working on a workaround, but due to family demands on my time, it may take awhile. Please be patient.
Edit : : This is for 0110

Bootanimations should still work, they should play after the VM first bootanimation. Are you saying your second bootanimation is not playing?
